I enjoyed working with the representaives once an offer was made and thought they were knowledgeable, friendly, quick and were active/present in thier work. I liked that experiance. I don't think SMTN put much effort into selling the unit. The process seemed somewhat awkward and you will get more out of it, the more you put into it. Overall, I think using SMTN was the best worst option. They eventually found a buyer and the process of selling involved more work on my end than I expected, especially considering the amount of money paid upfront. SMTN did sell my unit, which was the goal, so I would maybe use them again if I was in the same situation."
