If I could give them a (0) I will I had an appointment 8/20/20 between 4-6 and never revived a mg or a text cancelling when I call to check what had happen the representative that answer the phone told me she was gonna check with the technician places me on hold, then she said the technician didn't answer the phone I said is he camming? She said (you can either wait 30 more minutes or google another company) I said I'll wait 30 minutes. after 30 I call back and she answer the phone very rude said I'll reschedule you for tomorrow 8/21/20between 10-12 I said is the technician gonna come for sure she said yes. 8/21/20 I get a phone call cancelling my appointment because they didn’t have a technician I ask to speak with a manager I was told a manager was going to call me back I was offer $15 off of service Really I lost a day 1/2 of work. Manager no were to be found (NEVER CALL BACK), so they reschedule same day from 2-4pm a little before 3pm I got a text from a Technician (Manuel) letting me know he was coming late between 4-4:30 at 4:29 I received an e-mail that said (sorry we missed you?) I immediately call customer service and ask again to speak to a manager and I was told (All manager are gone for the day) so I told them that the Tec. Never came to my house that I have Cameras inside and out of my house and I can prove he never show up, I ask them for the corporation I told them I was gonna file a complaint. It wasn’t until then that they said they said they were trying to get a hold of the Tec. This Company/technicians and customer service so unprofessiol. Tec. Manuel Calls me at 5:32pm and said he was coming this is 1hr and32 min. later well he sure did showed up to my house at 6:17pm with a (friend NOT A TECHNICIAN) took a couple of pictures and said the work is done. Well send you the report. And left at 6:32pm NEVER got any phone call form a manager or any one from the company apologizing. 8/24 I received a phone call for a person asking me as of y I had given them 1 star??? Really "
"When we called, we had a concern that the gas pressure to our oven was too high (or rental property had just had this issue). We told them we wanted someone to come out and do some readings to see if I needed to install a regulator before putting in my new oven. They said the technician could do that so we made an appointment. The technician arrived while I was still at work so my wife was dealing with him and paid the standard diagnostics fee. When I arrived home and asked what the gas pressure was and whether I needed the regulator, the technician informed me that he did not have the tools to do that. The company has refused to refund our money even though this is clearly false advertisement. I would never have made the appointment knowing that their technician could not answer the only question I had. And for the cherry on top, the ryobi power tool battery I had charging on my counter for the porch work I am doing has conveniently disappeared.

"We had an estimate done for our dishwasher in the middle of March. Days prior to the COVID-19. Lock-down. We were told we need a part and that what we had paid for the part could be applied to the repairs - THIS IS NOT TRUE!
As it turns out, they tell me that the estimate is only good for 30 days. As a result, we need to start from the beginning and will lose what we paid for the estimate.
This is totally unacceptable. I told them on the phone that these are unusual times and I would expect them to accommodate us. They have so far refused. I was on hold for over an hour to speak to someone's manager's manager to discuss the situation with. I was told that nobody is available now and they'll call me back tomorrow.
Do yourself a favor - call someone else."
" I booked a refrigerator repair for Tuesday May 26 between 10-12. I received several automated texts and emails confirming this, and at about 10:30 I began to call the toll free number to get the name of the tech and the ETA. The customer service department assured me someone would arrive "in the window of time". At 12:30 when I called (now the 3rd or 4th call) I was told no tech would be available at all on that day and was offered a chance to re-book at the same time the following day. When I asked the scheduler would they guarantee that a tech would SHOW UP, he said that was impossible and did not express any awareness of the inconvenience or a credible explanation. Addendum: They are rated F with Houston BBB"
"Received changing and conflicting explanations from the technician and later the customer service representative regarding the inflated estimate of the repair. Chose not to have the repair done and got a different independent contractor and found the cost was 40% less. Only work with SERVIZ if you want to deal with a shady agency. "
"Booked an appointment to get my dishwasher fixed, guy never showed up, finally got a hold of him and he said he was still coming that day so I waited around. Still never showed up. Told me he would come the next day so we set up a time. Next day appointment came and went and he still never showed up. Couldn't get a hold of him. Called the customer service number and they offered to reschedule me for the following week. Didn't offer any additional discount or anything. I asked about a discount if I were to schedule with them again and they said they couldn't do that. I would recommend going elsewhere."
"First appointment booked, the guy showed up at the wrong time, 9:30for a 1:30-3:30 appointment. He said he would return at the scheduled time of 1;30 and was late and called 15 minutes before the window was ending and said he was 45-60 minutes away. This is after 5 other calls and multiple text messages. What a mess. I called the customer service, had to speak to multiple people who were minimally helpful and booked another appointment with a different technician who was no show. I received an email saying, sorry we couldn't make it. What a total waste of time."
"I do not recommend this company. My repair was misdiagnosed and I was told they would refund my money. When I did not get a refund I called twice and was told I would get a refund and that a supervisor would call me back. I received no call back after either call.
I don't need to talk to a supervisor, I just need my a refund."
"My experience with SERVIZ has not been a good one. My first appointment was rescheduled in the middle of the 2 hour appointment window via email. The following day, my second appointment was a no call, no show. I took off of work early both days so at this point my decision to use SERVIZ has actually cost me money! My third appointment in three days is scheduled for today. Fingers crossed the tech actually shows up or atleast calls today!!"
"Had an appointment for appliance repair with a confirmed window 3-5. Repairman never showed or called. I call multiple times to customer service who say they have to call repairman and they will call back. No calls back. Eventually I get someone who says the guy will be there 4 hours beyond appointment time. Still no show. Called back to customer service and they are experiencing "high call volume" and you have to leave a message that will be returned. Still no calls from customer service. Two days later I am getting emails and calls wanting to know if i am ready to move forward the estimate of my repairs. I responded to the email with my feedback and as expected no response. Useless company. I expect I dodged a bullet based on other reviews. "
"Wish I could put 0 star. Horrible service. The pro that came to my house to fix my oven was not a pro!!! he was watching YouTube videos to find out what my problem was!!! They charged me a crazy amount of money for it, and few hours after when i got back home, my place was smelling like gas everywhere and my oven was making some crazy noises. I had to call a REAL PROFESSIONAL to fix it. Called to ask for some kind of compensation, as I had to pay for someone else, to fix the mess that they did. But of course their answer was no. And few hours after the service was done, I still didn't receive the receipt of my payment. I called customer service and talk to Abby, and she was as bad as the pro that came to my house. She told me the pro didn't send me my receipt because he didn't have internet!! We are in San Diego, there is internet everywhere. But ok, I waited, and of course didn't received anything. Then I have to call back the next morning as I still didn't received my invoice/receipt. Finally talked to someone else, and he sent my invoice. I opened it, and it was not for the right amount, and it says payment is due!!!! When I already paid!! So had to call again and lose another 45mins and talked to Abby again and she told me they are working on it.., it's been more than 24hours now that I'm waiting for it, and still didn't receive it. This company is a joke, or a scam or even worse, dealing with gas can be very dangerous, Don't go with them. I'm going to take them to court. If anybody read that review and had the same experience, please contact me, as I would like to do a class action against them. But in the mean time DONT chose this company, they are really expensive and they don't send you professional for sensitive work, and they just don't care. All they want is your money."
"My appointment was set for 12-2. At 145 they called & said they can't make it. But they could come between 3-5. Reluctantly I said okay. But I let them know I was not pleased with them taking up my whole day to clean a 9 by 10 area rug. They offered me $30 off and said their guy would definitely be there. He never showed and to this day no one has reached out to me to apologize."

Had a guy come to fix my refrigerator. He did not fix the leak at all. I had him return only to make things worse. I called American Express and reported this. Do not use them....... I finally called another company and they had the fix all the things the seriz guy screwed up."
"On 11/6/19 I paid $300.95 to have my refrigerator repaired based on their technician's diagnosis. But after the part replacement the refrigerator was not repaired. When the 1st technician stopped responding, even to them, Serviz sent a 2nd technician on 11/13/19. The 2nd technician confirmed that the wrong part was replaced and said a different part needed to be replaced. Now, 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for a manager to contact me and for my full $300.95 refund because Serviz wants me to pay for the 2nd technician coming out. As if that is my fault.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Serviz. I wish I could give them zero stars and I definitely do not recommend them."
"Horrible customer service. Said they would send someone between 1:30 to 3:30 to fix our fridge then at 1 they said they had no one after it was too late to find anyone else. I should have known better to call them again. I had a horrible experience last time with their plumber. Never again!!!"
