"I provide the model number of the Jenn-Air refrigerator that needs service and specifically ask for someone who has experience with it. The first guy said he couldn't do it then and would reschedule. They reschedule and I ask the guy if he's experienced with it. He said yes. He comes out to fix a dishwasher! Even the service ticket had the refrigerator and model number. He starts pushing buttons, then starts to unscrew a part that has nothing to do with what is wrong. I sent him packing. I call the company and they still want to invoice me.
This company is a dispatcher. They send people they don't know who are independent appliance repair people. They may have some vetting, but it's not thorough. Go with some one local with some accreditation."
"The tech didn't show up on time and then said he fixed the issue and within two hours the same problem started happening after I paid $180. Schedule for tech to come out again but he decided he couldn't fix the issue. The company is not giving a full refund even though they didn't even complete the job correctly. Highway Robbery and horrible customer service. "

I scheduled a dryer inspection appointment and they gave me a day after 2 weeks. All of a sudden, they called me on the day of inspection and said nobody's available on that day and next available date is after a week. I said it's not acceptable on the day of service. I should have been given a heads up because I took morning off from work in order to get it inspected. I told them that it had to be either that day or next day and I wasn't ready to wait for another week. They said they will look for somebody and get back to me. Later on that day, they called me and said they have found somebody for next day and if I am okay with that. I said sure and he hung up the phone. After few hours I saw that they cancelled my appointment and nobody showed up next day. I wrote a long email about this incident but nobody got back to me, they just ignored my email.
This is extremely unprofessional and very unethical! Stay away from this company. Don't waste time and money on this horrible company."
"I scheduled an appointment between 1pm -3 pm to clean the carpets of my apartment before I move out. Because I am usually at work on weekdays, I had to ask my sister to open and close the doors for the cleaning team. Since we already moved out and have nothing at the apartment, I needed exact ETA so that my sister doesn't waste her time just waiting in an empty apartment. At 1pm I call them and ask if I can get an estimate of when the team will arrive. I am told that I just need to wait since there is a two hour window and that the driver will contact me when he's on his way. I kept asking for an eta and finally got an answer saying that the driver is on his way and he should be arriving soon. I wait and wait and still no driver. I call them again and hear that the driver is running late and that now his eta is 2:45pm. At this point I am very annoyed and my sister is ****. I keep waiting and I still don't hear anything from the driver nor from serviz. So I wait until the clock turns 3pm and I call them again. I talk to this lady named Yolli, who is the most unprofessional, unkind, and unhelpful person I've ever talked to. She not only gives me attitude for not being patient, but she also points fingers and tells me that they're not responsible for any of this. I am informed that they're just the "middle man" and that the driver is fully responsible for reaching out to me when he's running late. Okay... I am paying SERVIZ to get my carpets cleaner period. I don't care if you guys are the middle man or not. I expect to be notified of anything BEFORE I ask them. We yelled at each other for good couple minutes and I finally decide to cancel the service all ****. I ask her to give me her manager or the owner's information and she tells me that she can't. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! If you are reading this to hire them, please don't. Don't waste time and money on Serviz."
"I initially scheduled an appointment for Saturday because that is the day that I’m off, plus I wanted my hubby to be present when the handyman came out. I get a call and vm from their tech the day before saying he was in the area and asking if he could drop by. I texted him and told him no because I was at work and needed my hubby there when he came. He had just called me not long before that and I got a response back of “who is this?” Instead of something like I’m sort can you give me your name? Anyways I responded with “ I’m sorry, I thought I was calling a professional handyman.” He then replied with “Oh that was me.” I instantly called customer service to request another professional because it all just seemed shady and this is my home we are talking about where my family resides. The customer service rep was also a trip. When I told her what happened she said she rescheduled my appt and when a tech is available for that time, they would pick up the order. I asked her how she knew he wouldn’t pick it up again since any random handyman could pick it up. She said she doesn’t know but will put a note on there saying I requested another tech. I advised her to just cancel the whole appt because at this point I just felt the whole operation was shady, but I didn’t say the last part to her. She said “why when I’ve done what you asked,” I was astonished with her answer. She acted as if I”d already signed a contract with them. This let me know that they are a company hungry for business and there must be a reason why. After ready these real reviews I se why. All the reviews on their website were highly rated great reviews but now I know those are all fake. Please save the grief and don’t waste you time or energy with these people. I’m so glad I didn’t!!!!!"
"Pleased be warned. I will tell anyone who will listen. This is not a legitimate company. They will send unlicensed and uninsured supposedly pros to your home and you and your loved ones will be at risk. They sent a man to my home who dropped a double wall oven on my husband, he needed emergency room treatment for 4 hours. They have left both, the old and new stove in the middle of my kitchen for 3 days. The man ruined my kitchen floors. I have not received one call after spending about 15 hours on the phone over the past 3 days trying to get the company to respond, take accountability and give me their license number, insurance carrier for a claim. If you go with them be prepared to be left worse off and need a lawyer for litigation!"
"I requested contractors from HomeAdvisor for 2 different jobs. Someone from SERVIZ called me 10 times over a 3 day period. I finally agreed to have their contractors come out to give me a quote since the estimation is free. On the day of the appointment, SERVIZ calls me to tell me they have no contractors in my area so they need to cancel. And if I re-schedule, it would only be temporary because they don't know when they will have contractors in my area. If you don't have people in my area, why are you responding to HomeAdvisor, and calling me so many times? How is this company even in business?"

"I booked a carpet cleaning appointment this past Friday for a 12-2p slot. Today, April 1st, and 1:30p I received a call letting me know I needed to reschedule for next Monday as the cleaner no longer worked with the company. This was after I had 3 full days to request off work, move furniture out of place and place my dog into a $30 a day day-care. The offer of a $25 credit was laughable after what I have gone through to prepare for this service that was scheduled well in advance. Especially after receiving multiple confirmation texts, including this morning.
This is unacceptable and I hope you look into confirming your workers more so in advance. You will certainly not be getting good reviews or business from myself or any of my friends, family or coworkers.

"Horrible service, I will never use them again. Called this company on Sunday to make an appointment for a clogged drain in the kitchen. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and got confirmed with multiple text messages and emails. On the morning of the appointment I got a call that they need to change the time for earlier as they do not have anybody available for the scheduled time. I had to make new arrangements at work to leave even earlier than originally planned. However 3 hours later I got another call to be informed there is no plumber available at all and I need to reschedule."
"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANY PERSON. I called them to fix my fridge, and the tech (Christian Osuorah) came several times and other techs too, every time with a different issue and spending more and more. The first time he came I told him to put the company's name on the check, and to ONLY deposit the next day because I didn't have enough in the account it was 8pm. He deposited on the same day like I asked him NOT to, I paid an overdraft fee of $35, and when I checked the receipt it was paid on a CREDIT CARD in the amount of $174.00, and I gave him a check in the amount of $254, not including the other amounts I paid for extra repairs. The company aware of ALL of this promised to pay me back at least the $174. I've called numerous times, and they always given me excuses, 4 months this has been going on, I already bought a new fridge!!! NOW THEY SAID THAT THEY REFUNDED THE CARD AND THAT IT WAS ON MY NAME to a bank called North American Banking Company, I've NEVER heard of this company, I called and they said there are no account holders with my name. DON'T DO IT WITH THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEIR GUARANTEED MONEY BACK IS FRAUD!"
"I was forced to call the police on one of their service contractors. It was a horrible experience I will never forget. It seems SERVIZ has no "real" relationship with its workers/contractors. SERVIZ will email coupons randomly for random crap but the service workers do not know about these and/or give a flip about what specials are being offered and how to deal with customers professionally. In my case, there was no clearly stated price before he started work. it was NEVER stated that a $60 fee (aka "a trip fee") will be added to the price although I had a "coupon" it did not matter - I NEVER accepted or signed anything to pay a damn trip fee, but yet he expected me to pay a trip fee when the 1st time it was ever mentioned was AFTER the job was done - so of course I REFUSED to pay the made-up fee, but then with his unprofessional and ghetto attitude, he pouted and would not leave unless "the police" removed him. Why would he request for the police be called on himself? What an ignorant person. So that's what I had to do to get him moving along. This ended in a shouting match and the police at my door to remove this total idiot. The police escorted him away and that would have been the end of the story, but I paid the full amount because somehow I believe SERVIZ would end up screwing the contractor (Although he's ghetto and dumb, he is still a person). Bottomline is I over paid (both with money and stress levels) for a service I could have done myself so I'M NEVER USING THIS POORLY MANAGED SERVICE AGAIN! #SERVIZsucks"
"Shortly after I booked on-line I received an e-mail message that a handyman had been found and would be there at the time I requested. I was suspicious at the quick response, and now I know it was just a lie--part of an automated response that had nothing to do with reality. Sure enough, thirty minutes before my appointment (several days later) I got a call saying they couldn't find anyone. I noticed a lot of reviewers talked about last minute cancellations. Truth is, they don't have the horses to do the work. Just empty promises. At least I'm not out the payment."
"Do not call these people. Their handyman threatened me, demanded cash. I have a police report and pursuing charges against their handyman. SERVIZ said they would not do anything because I paid their handyman. He blocked my driveway and prevented me from leaving. Would not return house keys. Do not use this service. It is shoddy work and they have the bottom feeders in the industry. He took 20 hours to paint cabinets in a small kitchen and 2 doors that don't close.
