"The ordering process was great. Received a phone confirmation of my order for a tinlizzie 18. This was our first quilting machine so there is a learning curve. All sales staff were very helpful and even advised of necessary items we had forgotten. The only reason for 4 stars is we were not notified that a few items had to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Our order showed everything was shipped but it was not all there. When I contacted them about the missing items I was informed they were shipping from the manufacturer. It would have been nice to know this in advance. Otherwise ordering from sewing machines plus was a great experience."

"I attempted to place an order for one of the refurbished sewing machines. It took about 4 days to hear back from the company, only to be told the item isn't in stock and they don't know when it would arrive. This experoence was horrible and they need to find a way to track the stock so customers are not disappointed. "

"I placed the order for a JUKI TL-2010Q sewing machine and ordered extra items. After placing the order I noted that I had in advertently ordered one item twice. I immediately called customer service about the order and confirmed the extra item would be removed and I would receive my sewing machine within 5 days.

Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. The sewing machine works great, it was easy to set up and use right out of the box. The assessories that came with the machine are quality items and an added bonus.
