"The back of the cabinet arrived in a battered box, and when opened, the corner of the piece was chipped off. There were also two missing parts, the lining for the hole where the machine fits down into the cabinet, and the plastic plate that covers the hole. I have notified the appropriate parties and hope for a good resolution. But when you pay $600.00 for something you have to put together, you expect to have all the parts arrive and be in good shape. I will be happy to re-evaluate the company if things are resolved in a timely and fair manner."
