"I received an email indicating everything was out for delivery and would arrive on a certain date. I made sure to be home, thinking it was coming UPS or something and would need to be signed for. UPS came and went, only delivering the laptop, no machine. When I contacted customer service they indicated the machine would be stop shipped by the manufacturer. No where in my emails was this indicated. I was very disappointed when it didn't arrive the date I was expecting it. As for the machine itself, I am happy to have it and can't wait to figure out all the ins and outs of operating it. "

"My sewing machine was in for repair and diagnosis was "has to have a new foot control." The cost at the URL given to me was $149.99. We found Sewing Machines Plus and the cost there was $119.00. Once we had the new foot control further poking and prodding proved that the cost to repair my old machine would be more than the cost of a new one. I called Sewing Machines Plus and explained and they graciously sent the RMA and shipping label so I could return the control. These folks are "user friendly!"
