"Going through the manual for my new Juki HZL 6000 sewing machine, there was a part listed that did not seem to be there. Nancy patiently guided me through the process of determining where it might be. But I could not find it. She said she would have another one sent to me right away. Upon further study, I found a drawing in the manual which showed where that part was hiding, so I called Nancy to tell her of my discovery. She was so nice and was able to cancel the unneeded order.
