"My long arm sewing machine was a Christmas present. I couldn't wait to start quilting! The LCD is defective....brand new out of the box and it's not working. I called the store, had to leave a message and no return call. I called the next day. The response was to check the connections and reboot....as if we hadn't done that already. Called the store twice the next day and no return call until I finally called and complained to customer service. Got the return call and sure enough the part is defective, but no replacement part at the store. So now I have to wait until Tuesday to learn if the manufacturer can send the replacement part. This is a brand new machine. I am so disappointed."
"i put the juki i wanted in my shopping cart at a discounted price as listed on their webpage at the beginning of their black friday sales. when reopened the shopping cart a few hours later, the sale price had disappeared and the machine sold for 999.00-the regular price. i called sewing machines plus and they told me there was nothing they could do. it was almost as if a mistake had been made in the pricing, they quickly patched it up, and then ignored that the sale price had been there.
since then and before christmas, i found the juki tl2010q on sale for 899.00 at primitive gatherings and 849.00 at fabric hut. these were christmas sales and included postage. i bought the juki at sewing machine plus because i had their everyday 5% off coupon but i feel very ripped off and will not shop there again.

"This company had really impressive assortments of products for exceptional prices. However, customer experience is pretty terrible. The item I bought was apparently not actually available at the time of purchase. When waiting for an update I noticed that my order was changed to back ordered but the product still showed available on their site for purchase without back order. I emailed the company twice and they never even bothered to respond. Glad I made the purchase but would use a different seller in the future given their lack of interest in their customers."
