After much study I purchased a quilting frame (SR2Grace). I looked at several and I read the reviews posted with each of the frames. I felt prepared when it arrived. It took me several days to assemble it, not because the directions were hard to follow so much as I needed to take time to digest what I was reading about. I had a problem with one of the parts and they knew where to refer me to, where the problem was "fixed." I would not hesitate to recommend someone to Sewing Machines Plus. I am a satisfied customer.
