"Not good. I was away in New Mexico when I ordered that machine on my son's computer. The order was cancelled because they said they could not reach me on my home phone. Unbeknownst to me, my router was bad, my e-mail, phone and internet all went out of service. Since I have been home all is back up again. I was very disappointed that the order was cancelled and now you don't have any more. So I am very very upset about this whole ordeal! I don't know what to do now. I gave my son's phone number, why could you not try to call that number instead of cancelling this order? Gee Whiz!"

"I was so disappointed That I could not get the loan for the machine if you had checked I have not been late on any of my bills for a very long time and I am a single person I wanted the quilting machine because when my husband was alive he said I couldn't have one now he is gone I can get pretty much what I want and I wanted this newer smaller quilt machine but I guess not well really not your problem but your email to me don't say you can't get the loan bad advertising.
