"I ordered an embroidery mache from Sewing Machines Plus on November 11. They said it would be shipped directly from singer in Tennessee. I live in Augusta, GA, which wouldn't take but a day to ship to me by UPS. After a week and a half I checked on the order and they said the order got lost. So then I wait again and turns out after another week it was shipped to the wrong address in Missouri. I told them what was showing on UPS that it went to Missouri had wrong address and was being returned to sender/Singer. She says no, no, it wasn't the wrong address, singer sent the wrong machine and we caught it, so we did u a favor. I'm not an idiot I can read exactly where the machine was sent. So then I had to wait a week for it to be sent back to singer and go through the packing process again. Guess what! They sent it to a different street address in Missouri again! So after more than 3 weeks of ridiculous frustration I told them to shove the dang machine where the sun don't shine. One mistake is one thing, but 3 large continuous errors was ridiculous. Never ordering from them again"
"Ordered a Singer 4432 sewing machine. Two days later I checked and found it was on back order. Why was I not told at the begining. Waited 2 weeks nothing. I then found another Singer 4452 at Joann Fabrics for only $10 more so I bought it. Sent Sewingmachinesplus an email cancelling the orignal order. Three days later I called to confirm the cancellation. They never heard of the cancellation. Be careful when you deal with them. Do not use the website. Call and get a real person. The website just drops ad cookies on all your devices. Very annoying. "
