"After a week from placing the order, I went on their site to learn of its status. The only information listed was that the order had been placed. I called only to be told that the item would take three to four weeks to be sent, and that maybe they should include that information on the items page...YUH THINK??????

After a few more I received a call from a trucking company asking when could they deliver. We picked a day and yet, the 'tracking information' was never updated...so to us, their tracking feature is totally worthless.

We'll never do business with this flakey outfit again!!!!!!!"
