"I ordered a few pieces to update my machine that I found at a 2nd hand store. It was two weeks after I ordered my parts and I still didn't have a shipping update. I emailed their customer service and they told me that two pieces were on backorder and I wasn't qualified for split shipping. The guy also said that the back order information was in the description, but that is usually missed. One of the pieces just came in and the other was on backorder still. I cancelled the backorder and found that part elsewhere. It was at my house was within 3 days. Good customer service, but I would have liked to really know that the part was on backorder rather than having to click into the description or to contact them to get an update."

"My order did not ship within the 24-72hour window I was originally given so I called customer service and found out that 2 out of 7 items on my order were backordered with no ETA. I asked if they could ship what was in stock and I was told that I would have to pay shipping on each shipment if I did that. It was a little annoying, I should have gotten a notice that 2 of my items were on backorder and there should have been something saying that the order would be held to ship complete and could be shipped as items arrived in stock for an additional charge, however, customer service was very good with me and the products did arrive well packaged and protected, I would buy from them again."
