"I ordered a shirt for my friend's birthday on July 11th; now it's August 12 and still no shirt. I've emailed the company many times, and I only ever had one response. The response never told me when my item would be shipped or if they were even looking into it. Only some excuse that they're preparing for conventions.
I'm extremely upset that my friend hasn't received his shirt by now and I want a full refund, but no one will contact me in regard to it. I would never recommend this site to anyone. The t-shirts are cool, but they just take your money and leave you hanging."

"i ordered a 2 t-shirts and a random mistake t-shirt (trying to get the free shipping) and they arrived fairly quickly (5 days). The shirts were in good condition and i was very happy with them, but the random mistake t-shirt they sent was too offensive for my mom to let me wear, so i emailed them asking if i could return it and they quickly responded in 24 hours and said i could just throw it away and they would send me a different RM t shirt for free. Defiantly going to shop there again!"
"I purchased two T-shirts on 6/3. Over a week later, my order still showed as "processing" on their website, so I decided to email them. I got a reply 5 days later saying that one of the shirts was out of print (which was never mentioned on their website.)
They said that it would be reprinted and sent out the next week (which would be the week of 6/20). As of today (6/30), the order still shows as processing. I emailed them asking for an order update, but it will probably take a while until I get a reply again. It's almost been a month since I placed (and payed for) my order, and I have no idea of when I am going to receive it.
At this point, I would expect them to send the shirt that they have available (expedited) and also expedite the second one as soon as it becomes available, or I will probably not order from them again.
They should also mark items as backordered on their website. If somebody wants to have an item on time for a birthday, they might change their mind depending on whether the item is available or not."
"I placed my order for a t-shirt on 6/18. I paid extra for it to be sent out in 2-3 days. It is now 6/28 and I still have no shirt. They charged my credit card, and I still have no product. I'd never order from a website again without an actual phone number in their "Contact Us" section. I have e-mailed twice and haven't heard anything back. Will not recommend this site to anyone."
"This is the second time I've ordered from this company. One of the tshirts I ordered was too small for my son. According to their instruction, I emailed them to let them know I would like a larger size. I've emailed Shark Robot 4 times now with no response on returning the item. Unfortunately there's no contact phone number. Because of this total lack of customer service, I will no longer order from them and told my son (who suggested them in the first place) to let all of his friends know."
