"I found Sheinside after numerous blog posts about what the best online stores for clothing. I instantly fell in love with every item I came across on the site. It was easy to navigate and the product details were laid out right next to the picture, with just about every dimension you could hope to find when you're buying off the internet.

I quickly settled on the Knahki Round Neck Pleated Dress and headed for checkout. I couldn't believe I was getting that dress for twenty dollars!!

Checkout was as blissful as the rest of the experience. They didn't ask for information they didn't need and emailed me a receipt quickly. Before I knew it, that beautiful dress I saw on the screen was on my doorstep. I'll definitely be visiting the site again. I'm extremely happy with the dress. In fact, I try to find every occasion in the world to wear it! "

"Recently was my first time shopping with Sheinside. I placed an order on December 2nd and was very patient with the shipping time frame since the holidays are a crazy time for retailers. It is now Janurary 8th and I still have not received my purchase. I love this website and clothes but I have contacted customer service and they said my items would have been shipped 2 weeks ago and they are still not here... Also a customer service representive that I was emailing told me on the 30th of December " We will inform you of any update please do not worry too much." It's been almost a month how can I not worry... They have never offered me a coupon or apology regarding my order and I'm very disappointed. "Desde mi experiencia personal, no suele haber problema con las compras en Sheinside. Mi último pedido tuvo algunos problemas, por eso no lo comento aquí, pero se solventaron de la mejor forma posible, por lo que es un punto a favor de la empresa. "I think is not a company professional enough.They took 2 months, and they had a problem with the delivery, so they told me that they would take another 2 months to deliver my order. I asked for a refund and said that they will only refund 50%.
Also I told them that is was not professional and they said like: oh but you could always use if for next year.
They told me to call myself to another country to try to tell the sending company to send it back to me, instead of fixing it themselves. At the end after all the complaints they manage to send again the order after 1 months, so in total took 3 months, and send it to the billing address and not to the address I ask, which they confirmed. They said they really made an effort to send it again so fast.
Once I receive the order (4 shirts and a sweater), the sweater was good, then one shirt had the top of the sleeves really badly sewn-like one swen on the outside the other in the inside- and all the shirts the sleeves were super long -8to10 cms longer than it should have been- but the body part was my size.
They don't want to do a refund, and the sweater is the only item I could wear.
I personally would never ever buy something else from them for 3 reason: 1. the effort of trying to receive your order and trying to fix everything myself because they were not much of a help. 2. the quality of the colthes were not that good. 3. customer service is not that helpful and it takes lots of energy to make them try to solve something.
At the end they contacted me asking me nicely to change my review, but I think that I should be sincere with the experience I had with this company."

"This is my new one stop shop!!! A friend of mine told me about Sheinside (when I had inquired about her super cute dress!) and since then I have been obsessed! The cutest clothes, with prices that are seriously hard to beat. My very first order, I got a black dress, 2 sweaters and some scarfs, all of them were perfect! It was easy to place the order and received them as I expected. I would absolutely recommend this store (although I must say, it kind of feels like my new little secret that I am not sure I wanna share lol). Happy Shopping everyone, you wont be disappointed!!"
