"I would never recommend ordering anything from this site. My order was placed and paid on September 30, 2014. It's been more than three months and I still have no answer and no clothes. I trusted in this company and i spend more than 200 dolares (221 $) and now i have no clothes or money. I have been in contact with online help from two months ago and they dont give me any answer, They just say be patient and check back in 1-2 days. I have visited my local post office and they have no information regarding a package with that tracking number, making me wonder if I will ever receive the package at all. I just want my money back, This has been for me a scam. "
"A friend of mine told me about Sheinside after a rather disappointing mall shopping trip. We had been searching for outfits to wear to our high school reunion and I had no luck what-so-ever. It was important to me to look good because I had lost a lot of weight since high school and there were quite a few people I wanted to bump into. "This online shopping experience is the worst I have ever had. The website wasn't clear when differentiating between shipping and billing addresses. They didn't let me "review" my order before it went to the "purchase" page. When I tried to do the online chat to problem solve, the person I was speaking to didn't immediately respond in the conversation and that process took over an hour to resolve (it made me wonder if they were using a translator to figure out the conversation). Then my order took over a week to "process" even though the items I ordered were supposedly "in stock". They told me after I ordered that my order would not arrive before Christmas (I ordered a week and a half before Christmas) unless I used expedited shipping, which I did and the order arrive after New Year's. The 3 items we ordered were all too small. One item was a tunic sweater that is "one size fits all" and seriously might fit a child but certainly wouldn't even be considered a tunic. I was so disappointed in the service and quality. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone. I can't understand how they stay in business! I can't even return the items because no packing slip was included in my order! I am regretting that I gave my credit card number to this company. YIKES!

I wrote a review on this site for Sheinside on January 5, 2015 after I had trouble with an order I placed at Christmas. I have had thirty-five e-mail correspondences with this company, YES 35! After I wrote an unfavorable review, the e-mails increased and each one ended with “could you kindly revise the comment as well as star ratings into positive ones for us please?”(exact wording). With what I have experienced through this online purchasing experience, I cannot in clear conscious give Sheinside a positive review.
Now, saying that, after MANY emails back and forth, the company FINALLY sent me a postage paid slip to return my item. I returned the clothing with the label provided. The company then e-mailed me to tell me I sent the item to the wrong address…with the slip THEY provided! They wanted ME to follow up with the Post Office to track the package. Are you kidding me? This has been my experience with the customer service. They want ME to do their legwork. That is not customer service. That is “customer –you-do-the-work”. Ugh! In the end, they were mistaken and the label was correct after all. The item was returned to the correct location and I was given a full refund. This is all good BUT it took so many emails to make that happen! Now that this experience is finally over, the dispute department keeps e-mailing (harassing) me to change my review of their company because they refunded my money. I was going to go away quietly and not post my thoughts again but they have pushed me to add this second review. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING FROM SHEINSIDE! The prices seem great BUT the hassle of dealing with the company is just not worth it! BUYER BEWARE!

"Some of the items were fine (scarf and headbands) but the others are quite thin and flimsy. Two of the items are not wearable due to the arms being very small. They are definitely not the size large that were ordered. They will not be worn. Also, when I ordered it showed that items would ship within 24 hours and they did not. I had to contact someone twice and, even then, they arrived 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered. "

I made the last order before christmas and I didn't know if I should have received for the holidays, because the full period but it's arrived promptly in the christmas eve. The clothes that i bought match up to expectations.
