I bought a jacket, a knitted sweater and a scarf from Sheinside. This is not my first time buying online, but I am absolutely shocked to see how poor the service you are providing is. First, the e-mail that I supposed to get after a week did not happen, I had to spend time in sending an e-mail asking for my purchase, then I had to wait for almost a month for my parcel to arrive. I received yesterday and I saw that the jacket I order has nothing to do with the picture I saw on the online catalogue, it is very bad quality and why not saying it, ugly. Also, the knitted sweater (which look a bit better) has the worst finishing ever, while I was trying it I pulled one of the threads and of course my new brand sweater was torn apart, I had to re-sew it myself! I turned it upside down to check if there was something else that needed repair and I realised that there were loose threads all over the sweater I still cannot believe it. The scarf was pretty nice and ok though. On top of everything I have described, I read that I have to pay for the return? Are you kidding me? I am really really angry I advice people to please do not carry on purchasing anything from this webpage, the service they provide is just rubbish.
