It is now March 8th and I have an item that was sent back in January that has still not been refunded. The company contacted me by email asking me to change my review and gave me a 20% off coupon for my troubles. I placed the order on Dec 10, 2014, the item didn't arrive until Jan 2015 and then they wanted me to pay to return the item after I attempted to cancel the order because it was a Christmas present that was no longer needed. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company because this is outrageous. Customer service is appalling and I will not be bribed into a better review with a coupon.
