"The coat arrived one week after I ordered it. Love it. Its very warm inside. I am 5 feet maybe 5/1 and weight 98-100lbs, and it reaches down to the middle of my thighs in length. Has extra space for layering.

"I am still waiting for my order after nearly a month. I chose express shipping, which according to sheinside, ships from between 3-8 days. Spoke to their online chat help and was told to wait patiently, asked them if there was anyone higher I could speak to and each question was deflected. I also asked them if their California address was real, and was told yes. After a little bit of research I can confirm that, no great surprise, that address has nothing to do with sheinside, with a rayson global (a mattress vendor) in the unit they say they are in. Please please do not order with them, you are unlikely to receive anything, and there is no way of holding anyone to account as all of their contact methods are a front. Be very careful!

"My items have been tracked in Hong Kong for several days now and seems to not have shipped yet.
One of the three items that I bought and payed for was later marked as out of stock. I asked customer service if the item was likely to return to stock or else if I could have a refund, but the answer I got was that I could exchange it for another item.

EDIT:
I got my items and a refund. The jacket and pants were not in super good quality, the pants got broke between my legs the first time I wore them and some buttons on the jacket have already fallen off and the there's a hole in my armpit, but otherwise I am fairly satisfied."

"After a month, finally got the clothing ordered.

I quite like the fabric: the material and pattern are quite pleasing and rare in the market. I especially like the blue floral skirt.

My suggestion to other customers is don't just choose the size based on S/M/L, make sure you check the details what those sizes mean.

I checked all specifications before I placed my order. But the pants I ordered a size L, and according to the website specification:

"Just received my order. Horribly disappointed as honestly I would only wear 1/6 of the items I bought. The rest are very ugly looking and the cut of the dresses around the mid section are very odd. The sizing of every item is either too small or like a huge unwearable sack, despite the fact that I carefully matched their "measurements" to my body size.

Also the colours and materials are different from the pictures. Every dress I bought is the same material, even though two say polyester, and one says cotton blend.

I will not be purchasing from SheInside again. I'd rate their clothing quality to less than even Supre clothing, and I've seen nicer things in Kmart. Even though the items are cheap, it's still annoying that I wasted $120 on clothing that I will never wear and would never have even looked twice at in a store.
