"I ordered two pre-sale items, and was told that I would be sent an update about them in 5-7 working days - it's been much longer than that! I desperately need these to come before December, and I assumed after pre-sale, the processing time would be fairly short. I haven't received them yet, and hopefully they arrive in time!

"I am satisfied with the products, I ordered mainly one size items because the goods are coming from China and I know from past experience that chinese sizes are much smaller than Europeans are: a S=M and M=L etc..
I am a M and for a blouse I ordered a L and it fits fine.
The ratio quality/price is fair.
There are no tags on the clothes so I have no clue how I can wash them ( So for sheinside managers I guess it saves you money not to put tags but at least write it on your website :D)
Lots of items look really nice but I would not dare ordering, for instance pants because of the size issue plus the return process does not seem very reliable and you have to pay yourselves... that's a no-no for me. SHEINSIDE I know returns cost money for your company but that's a huge barrier you are creating here !
The transportation took 2 weeks which is quite long for an online retail company to my mind, they should speed up their processes or open a DC in Europe !?
Overall satisfied just few points of improvements they should take into consideration and I guess will purchase again in the near future. "

"I purchased a wool jacket, a dress, a scarf and a pair of earrings from sheinside. I'm very happy with all of them. Shipping did take a long time, about 3 weeks from the time I ordered, but considering it was travelling half-way across the planet, to me this is understandable.
The clothing fit as described. Make sure you read the measurements on the site and compare to your own actual measurements (no cheating!). Chinese sizes are waaaayyyy different (smaller!) compared to US sizes.
Quality was great!
There were additional taxes due upon delivery, but I think this has to do with each Country's taxation policy, and not Sheinside.

I bought a fantastic plaid bat wing loose sleeved cardigan from them that has drawn so much attention, I also got a very cute backless black shift dress from them that I wore this summer it was so beautiful and I just adored the material.

"The 21 items I purchased HAVE YET TO BE SHIPPED when I bought them on 7 October 2014. When I emailed them about it, I received ZERO response. When I opened a dispute on PayPal, they said they would only ship my items to me if I close the dispute. They didn't give me ANY reason as to why I HAD to close the dispute in order for them to be able to send my items to me, and up till now they still insist I close the dispute before they send my items to me. This is utterly RIDICULOUS. It is completely unethical to withhold the items I bought and rightfully BELONG to me.
Its obvious that buying from SheInside is really risky. I'm never recommending this website to anyone I know."
