"I'm currently living in Japan and thought I'd try these guys since they're one of the few places to offer free shipping here (over $100). It took a while for the order to process... just over 2 weeks before shipment, but I had emailed and they said one item was holding it up.
Everything arrived yesterday, about 3 weeks after the order placed... which really isn't that bad. I think we get used to ordering and getting something a day or two later ;)
Clothing arrived and some of it was great quality, some of it less so, but all really cute. You get what you pay for and I generally seem to go for lots of a cheaper/stylish pieces rather than a few, expensive timeless pieces, so this store works for me!
Pay attention to the measurements - they're generally quite accurate, and you may not be the same size in all the garments. I ignored this for one garment and it's the only item that didn't fit. Because it cost about $10, I'm not going to bother returning it.
At the end of the day, I bought a load of clothing for around $100 and I will definitely wear everything that fits, so I really can't complain!"

"It took a month for the order to arrive which was annoying as it was supposed to be a birthday present. All of the items were lovely, but it was disappointing that one top didn't arrive as it was out of stock, however it was in stock when I placed the order so it would have been nice to have been asked to pick an alternative. One pair of leggings, the leather style ones, are too small despite using the measurement. I'm hesitant to return them as I don't want to be waiting another month for a replacement pair that also may not fit. The other items though are very good."
"Just received a pair of sunglasses and a skirt. The skirt measurements were completely off, it was labelled an extra large but looked like something that would fit a 12 year old. The sunglasses were a cheap plastic material. Shopping at Sheinside was a horrible experience, the orders took over 2 months and a half to arrive and I had to remind them to ship my items. Really disappointing and I will never shop there again."

I know shipping to Hawaii takes a while, but with the bad things I've heard about their shipping policies, if this goes bad I will NOT be recommending to others and will be demanding a refund. A tracking number should have been emailed right after purchase was confirmed- which it was."

"Bought my items about two weeks ago. On the two items purchased, it stated it would take only "24 hours" to process my items. It has been a total of two weeks exactly, and I still have not received my clothing.
If I do not receive my clothing by this weekend I will be beyond upset and demand a refund. I LOVE the clothing items that they offer however, efficiency of processing & delivery is key! I do not believe it should take more than two weeks to process the clothing. I received a tracking number last week (after contacting "customer service"), and UPS has not received the items to actually ship me.
I am too upset!!! "
