"I placed an order on September the 16th for 3 dresses. The first dress shipped about a week later but I still have not gotten it and the 2nd and 3rd dresses didn't ship until yesterday. Who knows if I'll even get them. I understand that it takes time for things to arrive to the US but the tracking info they provided for the 1st dress just says "tracking info not available". The biggest issue that I have is that I've emailed them multiple times this week regarding never receiving the first dress and no one has responded. I'm patient, but I expect a response to an inquiry at least after the second or third time. Otherwise, it's just bad business and bad customer service."

"I declare 2014 to be the YEAR OF THE CARDIGAN at least as far as my wardrobe is concerned. I just discovered Sheinside and their cardigan selection is fantastic. I bought 4 and I am not done yet! Of my cardigan purchases this one is my favorite. It looks and feels like a big blanket. It is super comfortable.

What I really love about this store is that it has a variety of styles for different ages and tastes. I am in my mid 40s, but I still enjoy being stylish and I have found so many great, age-appropriate clothing and accessories here. They also have a huge assortment for young women as well. They sell purses, scarves and costume jewelry. You cannot beat their prices.

I should have done my research on SHEINSIDE before I even considered ordering from a clothing company that I had never done business with before. After the fact, I did read some reviews. Some positive, but mostly negative. Really negative. So, that got me thinking that the positive ones were probably ghost written by company employees of Sheinside. They should rename their company SHEISTERSIDE. The items did in fact ship to me, approximately 2 weeks after I ordered them. (which for some people who never received their items, does seem positive.) But, if I tell you that the first thing I noticed was they jammed two supposed 'XL' coats in a 12" plastic bag. I removed two completely wrinkled and stained (I don't even want to know what the brown stains were??) items from the bag. They were of the worst, poorest quality material I have ever laid eyes on! The sizes were completely wrong. An XL that could have fit a large child -threads hanging from each button hole and each button, not to mention the thread was a different color from the coat fabric. Everything about these pieces of junk was wrong- I was truly embarrassed at myself for giving this company the benefit of the doubt. Wow. Lesson learned. Only, I refuse to be taken by them. They have $90 of my money - and it cost me $18 to send their horrible items back to their US address. I have opened a dispute on PayPal, which they have since denied - but I will not give up on that. I have commented on their Facebook page, 'She Insider', trust pilot, sitejabber. I will continue to express my complete and utter disappointment and disgust with this company til they do the right thing and return my money. I will never order from some bogus foreign clothing company ever again. If this review saves one person from making the same naive mistake as me, it will have been worth it.
DO NOT, I REPEAT: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it. Believe the negative reviews. They are most positively true!!!"
