"I ordered six items from the US SheIn website. That was easy enough and I liked the prices. I got the items in a reasonable time frame. Once I received my order, I tried on all the clothes. I only needed to return two items. One because of the fit the other I had received with light, blue and black smudges on it. Based on the information on the Return Policy page on the SheIn website, I submitted a ticket for the return and refund.
The first thing I thought was odd was they sent me a message back saying they wanted to see pictures of the item that had smudges on it. I complied and tried to upload them on the ticket. There was a problem with trying to upload them on the ticket so they told me to email them. In the meantime, a representative sent me a message on the ticket saying to keep the damaged item and they'd refund me "35% of the coupons as compensation" whatever that means. I rejected that saying I just want to send both items back for a refund. They said they would accept my refund but just wanted to see photos first. I told them I had emailed them to an email address that a chat representative gave me.
So to try to shorten this, I have spoken with whatever representative answers the ticket messages, a representative that answers the ****@**** emails, and a chat representative. SheIn has gone back and forth saying they would give me a refund then turn around and tell me to keep the item for some sort of a small partial refund (even today, they said to keep it and they would give me $5 back, $5!!). I have no idea if the smudges would come out if I laundered it, I just want to return it and get all my purchase price money back.
I am fed up with them. This is the worst customer service experience I think I've had with any company. I will never order from them again."

"I ordered a coat and was not satisfied and wrote a review about it stating the faults, but unfortunately, they control everything, so they obviously didn't accept my review to be shown for other customers. No wonder all their clothings have 5 stars. The stitching is poor. The material is cheap.
I wanted to have refund, but they told me to return it to get a refund. Why should I pay the same price as the clothing for the shipping back? I will only pay to lose money. At least they should take responsibility and pay for the shipping back when they don't even make clothes that looks like the picture.
The pictures they have on their website are stolen from the actual seller. So their clothings do not look alike. BEWARE!
EDIT: They gave me a refund of 5$, so I'll change my review to 3 stars. "
"Clothes are of quality better than I expected. So far, 3 of the 4 items I have purchased fit perfectly. I just have to write up a ticket and exchange 1 item. I would give 5 stars if they shipping was faster and if all my items came in 1 package. The shipping time was exactly 7 business days as they had mentioned, but I still wish it was faster :P. Anyways, so far this is my best site to shop from! Hopefully I dont have much trouble with exchanging the 1 item. "
"Customer service was very frustrating. I placed an order on Saturday and tried to cancel it on Sunday after reading several reviews. Shein responded by telling me it was not possible to cancel the order because it was already shipped. Even though on the status, it was still in processing and stated that it takes 7 days for processing. Don't try to cancel an order because it's nearly impossible.
As a follow-up, after writing this review I was contacted by the company and my issue was resolved with a full refund, so I am revising my review and increasing the star rating from 1 to 4 because they refunded my money quickly as promised. "

"A complete scam and a fraud.
The items shown on their website are not theirs and you will not receive the product shown. Instead, you will receive a cheap knockoff/counterfeit which you will not be able to review honestly on their site. They pretend to accept responsibility for returns, but you are expected to ship at your own expense. Then they will "lose" your package or try to get you to file a postal claim.
If you insist they take responsibility for a dishonest listing, they will demand photos and put you off for weeks before ignoring you or offering you a coupon you can't use (coupons on their site are only good for "non sale" items which mostly don't exist)
If you post a third party review on a site like Reseller ratings, they will post flowery, lovey notes to get your contact info. Then they contact you and try to extort & bully you to remove your review. They may even offer a refund if you do. Once you remove or change your review, they will ignore you.
They also post hundreds of fake reviews trying to cover up the negatives. You can tell which these are because the English is dreadful, and they say bizarre things like "It is suitable and beautiful dresses. I ordered the long graphite pencil skirt item 6243 fit perfectly and suits my personality exactly!" Sites try to remove these but they spam them all over constantly, so please report them when you see them so more people don't get ripped off.
If you have been ripped off or misled by this company, please post detailed reviews on consumer sites, report them to the FTC, and if they 'lost' your return, please file a fraud complaint with the post office."
"I was skeptical on ordering due to some bad reviews I had read. But the shirt I ordered looked exactly like the picture and turned out better than I expected. I received it the same week I ordered it as well. The only thing I can suggest is order at least a size up from the size you normally wear. I did and it fits perfectly!"
