"Wish I had never seen this website, and how could I have been sooooo dumb to think that clothes this cheap could be even marginally OK? Obviously there are fake reviews on here. Shipping is very slow, and now I have to pay for returns?? I don't even have the 6 dresses I ordered yet, but from some negative reviews, I'm sure I will be returning some if not all.
Their customer service is horrible, all platitudes. Their website is WORSE--convoluted and you never can actually track the shipment because you get a "temporary" shipping number. They may be trying, but they need to get it together. Probably run by a bunch of Chinese men, with no ladies around."

"I would not give this site a 1/4 of a star. their clothes are cheap, ugly and very very small. They look like kids clothes. The stitching is poor. The material is cheap and ugly. "I made an order on September 24, and & until now, October 8, my parcel has not arrive yet. It has not even shipped yet. I even called FEDEX to check with them and they confirmed that they do not have the parcel yet.


I typed in my tracking # on FEDEX website and the status has always been the same, "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." Anticipated shipping was October 03, 2015 and it is already October 8.

FEDEX confirmed that the reason for the same status was because my parcel is still in SheInsider warehouse. They just created a label with FEDEX but have not forwarded my parcel to FEDEX for shipping.


I am so frustrated right now!! I spent several dollars just to buy several items on this site and now this happens. I hope you can do something about this matter."

"Received order way after expected delivery date, even though it was priority shipping. Appalling quality and sizing. Have been trying to return order, a partial return address was given but to return via parcel companies you need more details. They have not replied to ticket number or email sent. "Buying clothes on line is always such a gamble; so I like to buy one item first and see how the sizes run, how well it is made etc.
So that it is what I did, and everything was great.
Feeling confident I ordered 3 more things: 2 ladies dresses and a top, for my wife.
They were all incredibly small, so small in fact that our 12 years old daughter can wear one dress. She is happy, I am not.

I have been absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication and efficiency from Shein. I ordered 19 items over two weeks ago and have received 4 of the items so far. I qualified for express shipping (3-5 business days) as i spent over $300 on this first order. This was a huge mistake. Some of the clothes I had received were fine (specifically a heavy fall poncho and a sweater) but two items were extremely poor quality and I will definitely be returning.

I ordered all of these items for a trip I am leaving for in four days as I need some fall gear as I am traveling to Baltimore (I live in Florida and am still in shorts and flip flops and will be until almost January). I was able to chat with a representative in the online chat and she informed me that due to the week long Chinese holiday shipping will not happen for another 3-4 business days. So, placing my order over two weeks prior, after being told it would arrive in 3-5 business days, did nothing for me and now no one will respond to my tickets, emails, or chat requests. I understand it is a week long holiday but what have you all been doing the two weeks prior to the holiday? My 15 items are still "processing." I would love to speak to someone on staff that can give me a real response.

This is not how to run a company. I have spent $300 on clothes I will not get to wear on the trip I specifically bought them for because 3-4 business days will put me onto WEEK 4 OF NOT RECEIVING MY EXPRESS SHIPMENT. If they are not here before I leave, as I am sure they will not be unless someone at Shein actually does their job, I am planning on canceling.

Oh, I forgot! I told the online representative I would like to speak to a manager or supervisor otherwise I feel I will need to cancel my order and she went ahead and canceled it even though I said not to! Perhaps the language barrier as we are ordering from China...should have known. This has been an absolute nightmare. I hope you all avoid this company and all the trouble. The clothes are certainly not worth it. "

"I have about 12 SHEIN DRESSES in my closet after I tried buying 1. I wanted more of the same quality from this company. I tried the same design from the other company but was not as contented compared to shein dresses. So yeah I have about 12 of them now maybe more! I even refer it to my friend Kim. She have about the same amount of clothes from this company. Haha. We have the same taste."

"Obvious caveats

* This is a Chinese websites and sizes S,M,L do not correspond to S,M,L in the US. However, measurements are clearly given. Ignore the S,M,L and go off of the measurements. I wear a 2-4 in the US and have ordered a S,M, and L in different cuts of pants.

* The clothes are inexpensive. From what I have received, quality is as good or higher than what you could expect from a department store within the same price range. However, these are not $100-$1000 outfits and you shouldn't expect them to be.

With theses two things considered and consciously reading the reviews at their website, I have been happy with every single item I have purchased (about 15!). All have fit and made me feel fashionable!"

I know we all like nice and cheap clothing, but sometimes it's not worth it when you can't see or try them on. Yes! some may appear really cute, but once you received it, you would think "wow, it looked so much better in pictures." Also if you need to exchange for a different size or if the item was damaged and you want an exchange, it's a hefty price to return. I wanted to exchange a cardigan I had bought for $27 and to return is $15, seriously? gahhhhh..... better off buying from Forever 21 and return at the store if it didn't fit well at no cost =(
