After I placed my order, I decided to research the company. I was shocked at how many bad reviews there were and I was starting to regret my decision. HOWEVER, the company shipped my items in 24 hours & they arrived at my house 3 days later! The items were really good quality and i really enjoyed all of them! "Sheinside are the absolute WORST company I've ever had the misfortune of buying from- if you want to return something, even if its because THEY sent shoddily made, chalked, dirty clothing out to you, you have to pay for their postage back. They sent me a mint green coat that looked amazing in the photos & just terrible in real life & smelt bad like plastic & chemicals, had dirty chalk marks, horribly made, buttons badly sewed on & a dull grey/green instead of the beautiful mint green in the photos. I contacted Sheinside saying I was unhappy & wanted a refund. They kept on and on offering me money off future purchases which I didn't want but they weren't listening to me. After ages of this and lots of wasted time (and only after I threatened them with contacting Office of Fair Trading) they said they'd give me a refund- only problem is I had to pay for return postage!!! I live in the UK so the postage was nearly the price of the damn coat!!! In the end I left it and gave the coat to charity-too much time & money was wasted. The coat they advertised in their photos was obviously a completely different coat to the crap they sent out. Also, the reviews are obviously fake on the site- I tried to leave a totally truthful bad review and - surprise surprise- I couldn't. Beware!!!! Do not buy from SheInside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?"
"If I could select no stars, I would. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise, none of which fit right because the materials were all cheap and overall disappointing. I returned all items except for a scarf. I had to pay over $50 in import and return shipping fees, none of which the company would reimburse. After a long battle, in which they refused to contact me in any way besides email (apparently they don't have a phone...?) they repeatedly offered me coupons for my next purchase (which I did not want because I never intend on shopping with them EVER again), they agreed to reimburse me $14USD... not even close to what I paid for import and shipping fees. Furthermore, it has been 44 days since they received my returned items, and I still have not received my refund. Although the low prices are tempting, be aware that the clothes look nothing like they do in the pictures and are definitely not worth the hassle this company will put you through if you try to return them."
