"I placed an order on 04/19 and my order is still processing!! They say it takes 7 days to process but it has been way more than 7 days! The customer service replied to me once saying that one of the dresses I ordered was in high demand (?? I have nothing to do with that, they should not take orders if they can`t compromise delivering it) but that they had the rest of the stuff ready to ship and that they would ship separately. I said OK, what can I do? I ordered one of the dresses to wear on my graduation day on 05/10 and I did way in advance, so I wanted it as quick as possible. Since then my order STILL have not shipped, I have not received any e-mail, but of course my credit card was charged next day I placed the order. I tried to contact the customer service about 3 or 4 times again and they just decided not to answer me anymore. SO FRUSTRATED!"

"I stumbled upon this website and thought it was like cake and ice-cream: perfect. But a warning to all who buy from here. It is not that at all. This site has products which are the exact same as ROMWE and the layout is also the same. I could find no connections between these websites so to me, that is very strange. Needless to say I found out all of this information too late. I had already bought my products with plenty of time to get to me before spring break; or so I believed. It took a little more than two weeks to process and ship, no matter how many times I pressed the urge shipment button or emailed. Also, what outraged me more, is they had the audacity to withdraw the money from my account about 10 days before it was even processed or shipped! But trust me it does not stop there. I had also online chatted to see where it would be shipped from before ordering. They told me California so again I thought I had plenty of time to get the dresses before I went home for spring break in a month. But guess what, that answer was a LIE. I have zero idea where it actually shipped from but wherever it was from it took 5 days to actually get to California. SO my package was out in limbo-land for quite some time. I constantly emailed them about my concerns and every single time I got word for word messages that were practically just copy pasted.
My two dresses were fairly good quality for price, though I wish the slips underneath would go further down instead of stopping 5 or 6 inches above the hem. The quality is the the only thing that got them two stars instead of one."
