"Hello, my order number is KAH3602. I've placed it on 4/29 and have chosen express shipping. For all the items i've ordered was said they'll be shipped within 24 hours.
However, when i check order's status it says my order is still being processed. Please, tell me if you've already shipped my items, because i need them to specific date for special ocassion. Otherwise i'll be thinking about cancelling my order.

"I made my order on 4/12. The website said it would take 5-7 days to process and then 8-12 business days to ship. I finally received my package today after almost a MONTH. In addition to that, 2 items I received were NOT what they showed in the picture, they were similar. And the sizing was all wrong for all four dresses I bought. One dress I ordered didn't even cover my butt, I didn't order a shirt guys. This place is a scam. I do not recommend buying anything from here, because I sure never will again."

"awful. have never received my order because the delivery service couldn’t find my address for some reason (even though it was correct). tracking didn’t work at all. after over 3 months I contacted them and they said my order has been shipped back to sheinside. which means that they kept my order including my money without contacting me at all!
after a long discussion with their awful customer service I finally received my money back - after more than 3 months. Can’t recommend sheinside at all, have never been more disappointed. please don’t feel tempted by all their cheap and nice clothes. service is unreliable and simply horrible. "

"This is my second review for Sheinside and let me say I am never disappointed. I absolutely adore the catalog and find a majority of the items to be affordable. Generally the interface for ordering is pretty basic and a lot like other sites so it's pretty easy to use. "I ordered the dress called "Black Round Neck Long Sleeve Loose Dress" on april 4th and just received it this past friday. I was expecting it to be a few days longer since it shipped from so far away so that was a nice surprise.
I really like this dress! It fits well, it looks cute on its own (though it is just a little short) or with leggings or with a belt. It is one size only so keep that in mind but I am smaller (about 5'2) and I didn't feel like it was too big or too small. The there's a thicker part of the dress and then the bottom is a thinner layer. I really like the way it layers two different materials, I think it looks cool and unique but its not overwhelming. I'm excited to wear it.
I would definitely order from this site again, there were no issues and I got a great deal."

I placed an order on April 19th and it said 24 hour shipping. I didn't trust this from the beginning anyway. I can't stand this anymore. They've never delivered my stuff until now. In my order details, it said it shipped on April 25th, but that's all. I can't even track my order, not did i get things. I submitted a Ticket for tracking, they answered me in 2days and said " I can check it on my detail", which I already did it and didn't show me anything and that was why I submitted a Ticket. So they are never helpful and and I am doubting that they are gonna ship mine. I wish I can cancle it. Cause I am moving out soon. (May 10th)"
