"I purchased a skirt and a necklace from Sheinside even paid for express shipping so I may receive the item within 2-3 days. They fail to tell you that they aren't shipping the item for 2-3 days not it will be to you in 2-3 days...isn't that what EXPRESS SHIPPING is for to receive in a quicker time frame, that is why you pay more correct? Well obviously for them that's not the case. "Very disappointed with the poor customer service provided. After reading sizing reviews I tried to cancel my order the same day it was placed. I followed the sites directions to a T, but still had to inquire about canceling the order twice before getting anywhere. Once I was about to finish the cancellation I was informed that they had changed their process and I would need to start over. I requested to cancel the order again and was responded with "Sorry to cause such inconvenience, would you please keep the order and we are supposed to give you a 30% off coupon code for your next purchace as compensation". I don't understand how such a simple request was met by so many errors. If a customer requests (especially if it is multiple times) to cancel an order it should be an easy task to compleate. I will never shop at this site again, nor will I refer my friends or aquantences to this site."
"I order the (Dark Grey Long Sleeve Asymmetric Zip) coat and it came in as described in the description. I had ordered a medium and it fit snugly and comfortably. Depending on the type of fit you want, you can order a size up for a looser feel.
Ordering was simple and easy, the item arrived within the 30 day time frame.

"I was lied to. Told by the online chat guy that my order would be here by a certain date. Paid for express shipping. Took them forever to get me a tracking number. Once I realized there was no way in hell it'd be here I talked to the original guy who lied to me. And he said they would ship it even faster to guarantee it(how can he even do that since its already been sent?) he didn't. Looked today and the delivery date is 6 days later than promised. Miserable costumer service. They only respond to one question so when you ask again it takes another day to get a response. If only zero stars were an option. "

"I made a purchase from their website on 3/13/2015, and received it to find that both items were way too small for me. I immediately sent both items back to their US address and received UPS confirmation that they received it on 4/1/2015, but I haven't received my refund yet. I tried to contact the online service, and was told to submit a ticket, I tried but there is nowhere to submit the ticket. And no phone number to call, since they are in China. I just want my money back, they have their clothes back.
