"I've been having trouble locating an order that I placed a few weeks ago. It sat in processing for over 2 weeks and I cannot figure out how to track the order.

Despite the website saying 5-7 days of processing mine was at least 10 business days - 14 days total and still I do not have any confirmation.

I hope they fit- otherwise I heard it's a hassle to return items. :-/"

"It looks like the warm season hasn't quite arrived yet for my area, but it's not as cold as it was. I needed some new clothes to fill the gap, so I placed an order at sheinside. I found a really cute camel lapel cardigan, and a black, loose fit cardigan. Placed the order and it was shipped quickly. It arrived after about thirty days, which was pretty amazing for a seller like this (I'm used to week long processing times and 6 week delivery). Quality was outstanding! They're soooo soft and well made. My partner curled up to me and we watched some movies together, and they were pretty thrilled with my new cardigans. If they approve, I gotta say, I do too. Quality product combined with prompt service and fast shipping, sheinside meets my standards. Prices across the site are also more than reasonable. I'm planning on ordering from them again very soon."

"I ordered a large order from this site for my girlfriends birthday. I was very surprised how cheap the price was for what we received. I had low expectations whether the quality would be as advertised on the website, but I was pleasantly surprised. The order took just under 20 days to arrive but I was well aware that that would take that long before placing the order. The price was rock bottom so I was happy to wait the extra time. All the clothes ordered are of very high quality, my wife is very happy with the dresses I bought her."

"I loved Sheinside's website and their clothing collection. The prices were low to average and I decided to give it a try.

They needed 8 days to process (!!) my order (what modern online shop needs that long?). The quality of the clothes is pretty bad and they use very cheap material but the overall look is nice. However, they just didn't include one item in my package even though I had paid for it via paypal upfront. I never received any message about this missing item. Instead it showed on the website (order overview) that it would be delivered separately at a later point.

More than six weeks later I neither received a message nor my item or a refund. After checking the website again I learned that my item was now apparently out of stock. I contacted the customer service via email, complained and asked for a refund and a compensation. I did receive their refund now but nothing else and did not hear an apology from them until now.

Their customer service is unfriendly, the processing time is inacceptable and I cannot recommend that shop at all."

"Please note that their return instructions are very unclear. Their website does not clearly explain how to get the return shipping label (and you cannot call someone, so you have to wait for unclear email responses). After some emails back and forth, I still didn't understand what had to be done and I thought that I had to pay for the return shipping and they would refund me. This was not the case and I paid $15 for shipping. They were able to offer me $8 to spend at their online store, as a compensation. I appreciated them trying to work with me, but they definitely still have some kinks to work out as a company."
