"I came across this site when it was an advertisement on my Facebook page. I was skeptical of buying anything because I wasn't sure if the site was legit and I knew shipping would take some time. I decided I would give it a try because I really loved a dress they were offering. Upon putting my order in, I noticed that it would take 5-7 days for it to process-- which isn't too bad. However, it has officially been 14 days, and my order is still being "processed". I feel as though I've been scammed out of $35. Even if it does ever get processed, then I know I will probably be waiting another 2-4 weeks for it to get delivered. I DO NOT recommend anyone to order from this site."
"DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a scam. They send you items that are completely different from what you ordered and make it impossible to return them. I have been emailing them on a daily basis for two weeks asking for a return label so that I can send back the items they sent me. Their customer service is rude and they have not even tried to help me. They take pictures of clothing from other websites and post it as their own, then they send you completely different items. You will lose your money if you order from this site."

"I am very unsatisfied!!! After placing this order over three weeks ago, my order is still processing! They advertise 5-7 business day processing time and then express shipping so I had thought I had given myself plenty of time to get them by now! I've written their customer service department three times to see what was going on and after the second message they reply that the ordered is ready for shipment. So I waited and then days later it still said processing so I sent another message telling them I need the order as soon as possible and they just wrote me back and said the order was stopped because I requested to change my shipping address. This is beyond ridiculous when I have sent three messages begging them to ship my order and that is their response! I have said nothing to them about changing my shipping address and I am extremely disappointed that that is their excuse!!! If you're going to advertise 5-7 processing days and then take at this point over 15 business days that is so frustrating for customers who order things with the expectation to receive it in a reasonable time!! This oder was paid for three weeks ago so please just ship it!!!!!! Also Sheinside, take note that you need to respect your customers or you're not going to keep them!!!!!"

"I ordered an item under the condition that I would be able to return it for free. It is written on the site and in their policy. When I received the item, the sizing was off so I decided to return it. When I asked for a return shipping label (as they state in their site and policy,) their customer service treated me like I was an idiot, lied and manipulated, and now they are refusing to refund me for the shipping cost. The shipping cost is minimal. I can get over it. I will not, however, tolerate the way I was treated as a customer. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never shop from here, and I highly discourage others from using this store. "
