Order was received, everything fit perfectly and was exactly as described. Since posting the last review I received much better customer service from SheInside.

Overall, not a bad experience with the company. Although it does seem sketchy, if you can maintain contact with representatives from the "dispute" area of SheInside it should give you more confidence then referring to their online help or other methods of contacting. Extremely satisfied with the clothing, mediocre+ customer service, shipping speed once it reaches DHL is fantastic.
BEFORE ARRIVAL:
I've had terrible service thus far. I've waited to expected (and rather lengthy) requested processing time of 7 days. It is now business day 11. Apprently my package has been shipped but after contacting DHL the package was never picked up and is now MIA with no one able to tell me where my $150 went. Considering I purchased a large amount for myself for my birthday it's been the ultimate disappointment not having customer service representatives available to speak with that are actually helpful. My package, based on the website, should be arriving tomorrow. However the fact that it's currently in limbo somewhere in China, I highly doubt to expect my order any time soon.
Really disappointed considering so many others seem to have had great experiences I wish I hadn't gotten the short end of the stick. "
"I ordered a bunch of items from Sheinside. Their clothes are very cute and fashionable. However, sometimes you just are not satisfied when you receive the item. Sheinside initially asked me the same questions over again about my return, but they finally sent me a return label after I sent them multiple emails with the same information (SKU, item description, reason and pictures). Waiting to see how the return process goes and will comment accordingly."
"WORST customer service in the whole world. They promise "30% off" and you can apply "she inside points" on your first purchase. When completing my purchase, the area to apply the promotions were greyed out. Figuring they would show up later in the order, I continued. They didn't. I emailed immediately after I completed my order asking them to apply the coupons and/or points. Several days later, I got a terribly written email asking me to "please keep my purchase, but that she would not be applying my coupon." I told her I would be returning the purchase, and forwarded her message to corporate. Again, several days later and several poorly written emails, I am told it will take 35 days to process my debit card refund. THIS IS 2015."
"Terribly disappointed.
I paid extra for the express shipping to have it arrive on time, it got shipped out within 12 hours of placing my order. But after that it all went downhill.
The promised arrival time was 3-7 days for Sweden, and today is the 7th day and after calling both UPS and Swedish Postal Offices it turns out the parcel hasn't even reached Swedish customs!
Edit: As of today, the 14th, UPS are STILL awaiting the package!
Emailed their customer service twice, both times I got what felt like automated responses that didn't even answer the questions I asked. Finally got a proper answer via online chat. But only to find out I won't be able to get a refund of the express shipping cost until I get the parcel. I strongly doubt I'll ever even get the parcel as it seems to have vanished into thin air! Neither company or handler has any clue where it is!
In other words, I feel very tricked and mistreated. Now I need to look elsewhere for a dress. Won't be buying from here again. I have full understanding for that things sometimes take longer than promised, but when they do I expect to be informed of that. Not having to call around and ask myself. And I expect a refund right away, at least for the express shipping.
Edit: After several turns back and forth with various employees, I have finally been promised a full refund for this absolute headache of a journey. That is the only reason I am even giving this place 1 star. Won't be coming back here again."
"I reviewed this shop earlier this month after being upset with their customer service. I would like to share an updated experience to counteract all the positive ones lately. So I will explain a couple of things: 1) Sheinside advertises that the processing period is 5-7 business days. My product (Red dress) has been "processing" for over 20 days now. Every time I have contacted customer service they reply with they just simply repeat that their processing period is 5-7 days. They actually gave me a reason that my dress is a "flamboyant" color and that is why it is taking so long. What a laugh that gave me. 2) I never received an update on my order after my payment conformation until I emailed ****@**** at least 3 times (not receiving an answer from them until I contacted sheinside over facebook, which seems to be the only way they respond). Once I did receive the update it assured me that my dress would arrive before the 21st of March which was the date I needed the dress by. It is now the 19th and my order is still processing. 3) Finally, on all the replies I received, except for the public one posted on here, the person replying to me asked me to "revise" my first review to a positive one and also "change" my star rating. This aggravated me because they have done nothing to receive my praise as a good business. ONE positive thing they have done for me is change my standard shipping to express shipping which will probably make no difference if my dress does not leave the "processing" period. "

"I had placed an Order and paid for the express shipping because i needed the item in 3-7 days before leaving town. I then got an email stating the processing will take 5-7 days?!? so i immediately got on chat to cancel BEFORE any funds were taken from my account. the person i chatted with assured me it was canceled and no money would be taken since it takes 5-7 days to process anyways right? WRONG because the very next day they took the money from my account. so i got back on chat only to be told: "You know this is a online store there are so many issue to arrange a refund." and that i have to wait 20days!!!!!!! this is completely unacceptable and on top of this I'm told i cannot speak to an actual human being about my money being taken?!?! I am starting to think this we site is a SCAM and this site should be reported and taken down
** everything I have gotten back from you is just copy & pasted!! I talked to MY bank this morning and the funds were not collect just being held this gives you plenty of time to stop your process there should be NO reason for you to continue to collect the funds. I've tried to tell you people to just stop and my money will be released back to my account by the 13th not 10-20 days from now!!!! If I have to wait that long I WILL file a claim with my bank. This still seems like a total scam**"

"I had been looking for an Army Green Parka all winter, when I finally found what seemed to be the perfect one online through Sheinside. I ordered the jacket three weeks ago, my account has been charged for it, BUT I have heard nothing with regards to my tracking number, and have yet to receive it via post. When I visit their website and check on my order it simply says that it is processing, and when I press the Urging Shipping button, it only says that they are aware, that it is processing, and that I will receive my order soon, which has yet to happen. I have attempted to contact customer service several times and have not received a straight answer, other than that my order is processing. So, I have essentially paid for a jacket that I do not have.By the time I actually manage to get the parka, if I ever receive it at all, winter will have been over and I will have absolutely no use for it. I know I cannot cancel an order that has already been charged to my account, though, so yay Sheinside. Don't think I will be ordering from here again."

"I liked the quality of the clothing at the price I paid for it: it was a good value for the price. It was a bit difficult to know if the clothing would fit and the fit was not very good for two blouses but it may have been my mistake in figuring out the correct size. What bothered me a lot was how long it took for my order to be processed and to arrive. I sent the order on February 20 and didn't receive the order until March 9. I don't think that would have bothered me except the site made me think that I would be able to see in some detail (they call it "Tracking") the progress of my order. That either was not available at all or it was not working as it should have because I couldn't tell anything except that the order had been shipped."
