"These shorts were exactly what I was looking for, and believe me, I was looking for a long time! Let me explain: I have a lot of requirements when it comes to shorts, especially white shorts. First of all, I need a high waist because I have a flabby tummy, but I also need a good length (but not too long) because I kind of have a flabby butt (I had weightloss surgery so I have a lot of excess skin). I wanted white denim because it is more durable and of course, goes with everything. But I also know that it won't be long before I spill something on myself so I wanted a good material that would hold up to bleaching (and eventually maybe even dyeing). These shorts hit every single mark. Great fit and I am going to be ordering at least 2 or 3 more pairs."

"I ordered 5 pieces and the shipment was split into two deliveries. Two items came within 10 days, the other three items arrived almost a month later (from Hong Kong). I expected a delay because of what other customers have written.

Quality: items received looked just as they appeared on the website. One item said it was cotton on the website, but clearly is polyester. Other than that, the items are decent quality ESPECIALLY for the price.

Now on a different note, some of the items run LARGE. I am a very small girl and two out of three will have to be altered. The items that fit fit perfectly and I am happy that I gave them a try.

I will definitely order from them again. If you need your items to arrive within 10 days, I suggest to only order items that have the ships priority sign with a clock. Otherwise, your items will probably take between 15-28 days to arrive. Do not be alarmed when many or most items arrive with no tags, not even sewn on the inside. Cute, cheap clothes!"

I was nervous about the quality of the clothes and how prompt the company would be with their orders so I only purchased one item. I purchased the Black Sleeveless Deep V Neck Backless Dress in size M and was giddy about the price tag even after shipping! $17.67! When placing my order, I saw that their shipping was roughly 30 days, so I wasn't expecting it to arrive today in the mail. Pleasant surprise!

"I have never had such a terrible experience shopping online. I ordered a few items a couple weeks ago and I received them right away, but unfortunetley the items did not fit and all I wanted to do was exchange one item for another size and return the other one for a full refund. The whole process was confusing to begin with. You don't get a return label or anything, so I emailed customer service and they were on vacation. Once they emailed me after a week they told me I did not order the items from the U.S website, which makes no sense. The website is sheinside.com Each time I emailed them I got a response from a different person that told me different things. Some said I could return it and some said I couldn't. These people are purposely playing games with me so I can't return my order. I also read other reviews of people saying they never get refunds. So thanks a lot. Such terrible customer service."

"Feb 26th is when I put in my last review of sheinside, which I was far from happy with. I finally received it near the end of March. I am still waiting on a pair of pants from that order. It's alright clothing, for really cheap prices. The clothes fit smaller than your usual size, and expect a very long wait for your things. I only received feedback when I posted a review on here, so I suggest doing so in grabbing their attention. I'm glad that this wasn't a scam, and that the clothes were pretty good... "I've been trying to get a return shipping label for over a week, but they will not send one, even though the website says free returns. I have now sent about 5 emails. I got one response saying they were out for a week, and another asking me what I wanted to return. No further responses. No label. It feels like a scam in which they may be trying to "wait out" the 30 days in their policy."
