"If anything I was kind of disappointed with how long it takes to process orders. I was also wondering why my order was separated instead of shopped all at once. Other then that I really liked my pieces once they arrived. There was only minimal lingering stitching thread. Which leads me to believe that pieces are made and then shipped. "I had a really good experience with Sheinside! I ordered a cozy and chic cardigan and I just love it! I’m very pleased with the product; it looks exactly like it did in the pictures. Also the quality is really good (very warm for this coming winter), I followed the size reference provide on the site and I ordered medium size, but it was a little big for me. "it took quite a while to get my three shirts but I absolutely loved them as soon as I saw them,that was until I tried them on. I ordered XL because online clothes fit funny some times only one actually fits well,the second is wearable but not by much and the third (favorite) shirt doesn't fit at all!! I am so disappointed.I hate returning clothes and they don't carry any size larger. I like the clothes but they're not thick girl friendly I'm a size 14 btw"

"I placed an order with Sheinside on Jan. 23rd for the first time. I never received an email saying my order was confirmed. I received my items 4 weeks later. Out of the three items one of them worked for me. I've been trying to contact someone regarding my return and no one will rerun my email. I've mailed the items and I have the tracking number as requested on the website. The return link on the website doesn't work and and I can't get in contact with anyone there. This is awful service.

I ordered the "Apricot Short Sleeve Lace Pleated Chiffon Dress" on Friday Feb. 20, 2015 (Chose standard shipping) and I received it today Tuesday Feb. 24, 2015! It looks great with my pregnant belly :) Im 5'1" and this dress fits like a U.S. Size Small.
The ONLY thing I didnt like was that it was my first order and the 30% off coupon they gave me did NOT work on my order, it wouldve been nice to save me some extra money. Other than that, Im satisfied with my order. "

"I paid $12.90 to get my shipment early. It's been 18 days, and they're JUST mailing it out. That's only because I mailed them. I didn't get my shipment early. I didn't even get it delivered on regular timing. By the way, they don't have a customer service number that you can contact, and they gave me an email to contact that didn't even exist. What!? Way to go, SheInside. I see how they make money. UPDATE: It's been a month and a week since money was taken from my bank account. I sill haven't received my shipment. SheInside sent me a shipping number for USPS that didn't work. It's been six days. It still doesn't work. They asked me to revise my rating into a positive one. I'm totally able to do that without having my stuff. UPDATE: I, finally, got my shipment yesterday. It only took 1 month, 2 weeks, and 2 days. Lol. I got my shipment yesterday. My earrings were beautiful, but nonetheless, they took foreverrr to get here. I had something important to wear them to. I bought earrings elsewhere when they weren't here on delivery timing. Thank God! "
