"Product arrived on time, in good condition with all parts. Finished product looks good and works as designed. Time to put it together was 4.5 days rather then 2.5 as noted on site but the 10x16 shed is 2x larger then base 10x8 (double size, double time) and we just didn't account for that. Only real complaint is the instructions had very small font size (between 4 and 5 point font size)and I wasn't able to read them without assistance by someone with much better eyesight. Instructions also had a couple typo's, for example "see page x for building tips" listed the incorrect page number to go to. All in all we are happy with the end result of the product. "

The second time regarding the correctness of the delivery and again they were very accommodating by taking the time to check the order and explain that a 10x8 shed was delivered with extensions to increase the size to 10x13 which is what I ordered.
