"I paid $50 for 4 pieces of string quartet music for a very high-end wedding I'm playing violin for - Thinking "Instant Download" was a true statement . I was waiting to hear back from the musicians to make sure they did not have the music - which is why "instant download" and the ability to buy/print pretty last minute was desirable.
The day of the gig comes - I go to my cart and buy the music that I now know I need - PayPal takes out the $ from my account - I go to my "digital librarY" and none of these pieces of music that I just paid for are there.
I read on the website that you should wait maybe 10 minutes - and re-log into your account. I waited 2 hours.
Still nothing. Of Course, at this point I was in panic mode. I call "customer service" which - is just as "unavailable" as my "digital downloads" So - Basically this company robbed me of $50 and added an extra layer of stress to my already stressful day - now I have to go sit in 3 hours of traffic in Los Angeles. THANKS SHEET MUSIC PLUS. You really added to my day."
"I thought I paid a few dollar extra for a quicker delivery. It took almost a month to deliver! Amazingly slow. I ordered the music on Nov 16. It was shipped Dec 14th. Someone must be sleeping somewhere. I'm not using them again."

"Their website is full of bugs, including search which comes up with different results and prices on the same pieces and arrangements every time you run it, contact window does not come up (in Firefox), their customer service is bad, the orders do get lost (they lost ours). The selections are better than some other sites, but still quite limited. "Why there is no option for " no star"? I have placed an order in early March, with three books of music, for some reason they sent them in two packages, I have never received the second one. I urgently need the music, and want to respect copyright of the composer, therefore I wanna buy the original.
Thing is that I have already learnt and even performed the music, but the original has still not yet arrived under requests of re-delivery TWICE. I asked my music friends if they have trouble with this company and the answer is YES! I wish I know this a bit earlier and save myself from annoyance! Very disappointing!

"This vendor is terrible. STAY AWAY!! I have had two awful experiences with them. I was ordering piano books for my son. The first order, it took them over three weeks to get me my order -- no update, no warning about the delayed time. I figured it's a small mom and pop shop, so I cut them slack. The second order arrived and it was completely the wrong book. It took me over a week and multiple emails to get them to respond to my email about the wrong order. They agreed to send out the correct book, and when the second "correct" book arrived, it was ONCE AGAIN, the wrong book. In both cases, the email confirmation and packing slip both clearly list the correct book. When I emailed them to make this right by refunding my money, they weren't willing to do that without making me jump through hoops. I can understand having a return policy if I order the wrong book or change my mind, but this was clearly their mistake and they should be willing to stand by their products and make right by their customer. I will never order from them again."
"I will never buy music from this site again. I'm a music major in college, and I needed a piece for a concert. It was more expensive here than most places, but I needed it fast, and it said it was at the warehouse and gave a good estimated date. I ordered it and everything, then it emailed me 2 days later telling me it was out of stock after I had paid for the piece and quicker shipping. Now I keep getting annoying emails from them and have no idea when the piece is going to arrive. I will definitely unsubscribe from the emails when this is finished and no longer do business with them. "
"With no warning before purchase, this site required downloading a plugin which both Chrome and Firefox refused to run (an insecure plugin). Neither my husband nor myself could get this to print and we were unwilling to download something deemed insecure by two browsers.
DO NOT PURCHASE MUSIC FROM THIS WEBSITE- you will not be able to print, and the download required is at best insecure and at worst malicious."
"Definitely the worst internet purchase I have ever made. Do not use! Overall, it would appear that; for a company whose sole business is to take orders for a product, source it and them post/mail it to their customer; it does not have a very transparent or well-structured methodology for achieving satisfactory outcomes. In my case, it has been 5 weeks since the order was placed and 23 days since sheetmusicplus.com operatives told me that part one of the order was mailed. Still no sign of it! Also, post-purchase customer service has been, to say the least, minimal or even recalcitrant. There has been no offer or suggestion of advice or aid; for instance a work-around - say an electronic back-up copy of items in question. They cannot even provide proof of posting/mailing, thus negating any search by Royal Mail on this side of the Pond. So, sheetmusicplus.com just seem to be hiding behind the vagaries of the mailing system - not perfect by any means (BUT I did receive a mobile phone from internet purchase in California within a few days - go figure). Repeat avoid like the plague! The copies may be a few bucks cheaper that their rivals but their service is non-existant once they got your cash. If I could award a minus star, I would.

Then I had to install new software to print the piece.
Then I had to be told that Safari is not a supported browser (why this was not told before downloading software is a mystery to me)
Then I had to open a different browser to print the piece,
Then I finally got to print the piece.
Underwhelmed, but at least I got the piece my kid needed."
