"Just had to give my feedback on an excellent experience with sheetmusicplus.com. Ordered 3 books and a single sheet on 11/9/11 Estimated lead time was 3-5 weeks to shipping. Received an e-mail update that products shipped on 11/15 and arrived on 11/16. The order was completely correct and as expected. Prices for materials were reasonable and materials arrived in perfect condition via USPS. All in all this was a great experience and I would DEFINITELY order again from this website. Not sure what happened with previous reviewers but my experience was awesome."

"I'm very, VERY dissapionted by the purchasing. I've paid for the order, but bank mistake happend and the sales engineer could not explain what is going on for two days.
Pretty much expensive shipping (by the way, almost month passed after order had been shipped but it's not deliverd to me), TOO MUCH troubling for your purchase and sales-engineers that can't explain what is happening and what you have to do. And the last one moment: I've been recomended to delite this feedback by the customer-service engineer. No more comments

"I am a drummer and a huge Pink Floyd Fan, and I was in search of a drum book of their music. I started looking in the beginning of March and found a Pink Floyd Drum Playalong book, now for some reason it seamed to be available everywhere in the U.K. but at only one website in America, I placed the order to find that they wouldn’t take my credit card so I had to do a money order at the bank. It was over two weeks before they even confirmed my order, the item never shipped and the whole website turned out to be a scam and they didn’t even have the book in the first place, so I canceled the order and looked again and this time (it had been over a month since the last time I look, SheetMusicPlus had it, so I quickly ordered the book. I got an email right away confirming my order and customer service was great when I emailed them my questions about the order, I always got a kind answer right away. It took eight days but it finally shipped and compared to the last website I tried buying music from, SheetMusicPlus was great. It is now almost May."

"I will never order from sheetmusicplus again. Twice now I've had the same experience with them: they list something as being available on their website with a "pre-shipment lead time" of 3-5 days. Then, when the item doesn't arrive within the promised time frame, I inquire and am told that it's back-ordered and could take up to eight weeks to ship.

The availability information they post on their website is meaningless and unreliable. And when I've complained about this, I receive no response and no apology. A little customer service can go a long way to ameliorating bad feelings. Don't expect it from sheetmusicplus.

"Ordered three books from them. Prices were average. Items were adequately shipped, not great though. Being books, the corners are prone to bending and so my three books were a little bent in the corners."
