"I ordered Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro from Shentech.com. It was listed on www.pricewatch.com for $27 and free shiping. I received order confirmation e-mail and a tracking number the nex day, and a few days later UPS brought the keyboard. The keyboard appeared to be USB only, while the original Microsoft Natural KB is supposed to have a usb connection for USB hub on the keyboard and a regular PS/2 connecter. Also this KB is made for Dell because it says "Dell, made by Microsoft". This was not specified on the website. The shipping was a little steep for UPS ground, $17.62, but if i bought the goods from newegg, id still be waiting for another 4 days. The price of shipping ofsets the price at newegg, and a little extra for quick as hell shipping, which im more than willing to pay for. It was worth the extra $10 to get this stuff in 1 day.

I got both products. Excellent condition.

Shentech.com sent me a BOXED Intel D850MV mobo. THE BOX HAD BEEN OPENED, and who knows what done to this product. Anyone building his/her own computer surely understands the EXTREME care any mobo MUST receive to avoid problems. How do I know it had been opened? Called back later Monday around 10am....everything is fine, the order has been "shipped"...waited for an email with the tracking number...no email...Tuesday 5pm called to get tracking number..it had not been shipped...I stated that I was told it had shipped, I requested that they ship it out NDA...they said it would ship right away (no mention of NDA)...called back because I saw that the item was out of stock, they said it would be shipped right away again....I had the feeling they were lying....called back to cancel my order....the guy hung up on me...I called my credit card company to make sure I was refunded the total mount...they had just CHARGED my card 3 minutes before I called...had to go round and round to get a cancellation confirmation...I still don't know if they credited all my money back yet.

STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM SHENTECH.COM...NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE ITEM MAY BE ADVERTISED FOR

"I recently built a brand new AMD system complete with the top of the line ATI Radeon 8500 AGP card. I have two 17" CRT's and wanted dual monitor support for my new box. I combed the web looking for a reliable vendor willing to ship my DVI-VGA adapter to me quickly without handing over my checkbook. I prefer doing business with NewEgg, but they didn't carry this adaptor.
