The email link provided by Sheplers in the order conformation email to let customer service know I had a problem was inaccurate - It was shown and sent an email to ****@****. When I called and told the person the screw was missing that connected the top of the handle to the mug, she was adamant that I return the mug to a Boot Barn location even though I've never heard of Boot Barn, and have no idea where one is. I was finally sent a .pdf of a return shipping label, but now will have to pay for shipping materials to send it back. Never buying from this company again."
