"I placed an order for front and rear shocks and a steering stabilizer. I needed to receive them ASAP so I paid for additional overnight shipping. On the web site the shocks I ordered stated to be in stock. That is why I chose the ones I did. On the day I was expecting to receive my order, I received an e mail stating the front shocks were on back order. Why was my question when they were advertised to be in stock? If that was the case I would have placed my order else ware. Customer service has tried to make the situation better but I'm still disappointed that the web site was not accurate and misled me to believe I was receiving my order as planned. I will not recommend or reorder from them in the future. "
