Product was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and in good shape, and well packaged. Installation instructions from Bilstein are terrible. You Tube is good. If you need help with the product, installation or problems with the order you might consider some where else!"
"I bought shocks for my benz and they were faulty so i sent them back, These people mishandled my credit card, 3 times, i had to file a claim on them with chase, they dont answer there phones, they dont take Responsibility for there screw ups, they have a mad man who rants and raves instead of fixing the problem, heres some good Advice that will save you money and stress, keep away from these people, i am reporting this operation to the attorney general office, its a guy name carlos who works there, he sounds good in talk but i think he is just a cover up guy for the crazy guy who rants and raves while your being screwed out of your money, now after returning there shocks they have defrauded me out of $349.32 cent saying they have returned the money to my credit card and there is nothing ever received by chase, i have receive no refund since August 6,2015' I call these people demanding my money be put back in my account and that the lies and delay stop, and now they have started acting like gangsters threating to attack my wife's ministry credibility saying all kinds of foolisness' I have called the police and sent them by shockwhare house, this is going to the state attorney office because from all the other comments on this business' its time for this place to be shut down, these are bad people folks"

"Horrible customer service, I ordered shocks for my motorhome, they didn't fit so we sent them back, Shockwarehouse said they were damaged and refused us any refund or send the shocks back to us. I called several times and always got a run around finally got someone who told us we were not getting a refund or the shocks back, turned it over to my credit card, they couldn't get me a refund because shock warehouse said the shocks were damaged, fi they were damaged it sure was only to try to install them and find out they wouldn't fit. "I ordered "in stock" Bilstein shocks for a GMC Envoy. They advertise most are shipped with-in 14days. After 6 weeks and no response I tried to call. Voice mail in the middle of the day! 7/8/2015 at 3:50pm..called twice. Was chatting with Jason. He replied he would look up the order. Chat disconnects and goes off line.

They offered to refund the amount, but when I followed up several weeks later they didn't and then refused to issue the credit. So I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to receive the credit. "
"I took time to review previous reviews which concerned me but I went ahead and ordered shocks for my 2003 Southwind motorhome with W22 chassis. I placed my order on a Friday evening after work hours and to my surprise, they shipped on Monday. It took Fedex 9 additional days to deliver to Idaho. The shocks fit perfect and what a positive difference the Bilstein shocks made."

"They sent the shocks that in their catalog said it was the ones I needed. Mine is a 1997Freightliner chassis aan still had original Bilstien shocks. They were different that what I received. Numbers on original did not make any since to there numbers. Called Bilstien with Not any better results. I made them fit. I think all will be OK. But I'm sure I am on my own as far as Shock Warehouse is concerned."

"Well first they sent me a used shock and it was very difficult and time consuming to get it replaced. Now I can't get credit for the return of the used shock they received, using their return label and rma number, on February 27th. Very very poor customer service and I would not recommend buying from this outfit. Check out the Better Business reviews on this company. "
