"I NEVER RECEIVED MY SHOCKS. I THINK THEY MAY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAIL, PHONE GOES TO VOICEMAIL. AVOID!

I ordered shocks on the 12th of Feb (I have the confirmation email)... by the 25th, I had to postpone my service appointment for installation. I figured I would have them by the next Weds, at least.... so on the 28th I sent an email inquiring about the order. I got no reply. The next day, I called. I got a general voice mail box. I left a message. I got no return call. Later that day, I sent an email asking them to cancel the order. Also ignored. I went on amazon, ordered my shocks, paid $12 less, and had them THE NEXT DAY!

it is not until I posted this review that you finally reply. and you have the temerity to be snarky on top of it. For shame. you dropped the ball in a huge way, and you don't even have the decency to apologize. And you put my name up on a public forum. Are you guys nuts?"
