"I recently purchased a pair of sneakers for my 4 year old. He took off the tag (although it's still in tact) but when he tried on the shoes they did not fit. The representative has had me on hold for over 35 minutes while "talking to a supervisor" to see if I can return the item. Absolutely horrible customer service. I posted a comment on their facebook wall and it was removed within 10 minutes. "
