I was informed that only after the item was received returned would a new item be shipped out. I was told that completing the exchange online would expedite the process. When I explained the web site problem, I was informed that there was no way to expedite the order. I ordered the item for a function and was concerned that I would not receive the item timely. The customer service representative argued with me about my dissatisfaction. I requested a supervisor. I was placed on hold for over three minutes. The representative then returned to the call and informed me that her supervisor was not available. I will not be shopping with Shoebuy again."
