I was hoping for an exception because the shoes I purchased were $130 as opposed to the $68 or so price of the pair I was returning that had just been sitting in perfect condition in a box for two months.....but no go. "It states brand exclusions may apply. Actually some of a certain brand is excluded. The boot that I normally purchase was excluded but the same boot in the waterproof version qualified. This actually forced me to spend more money than I should but I needed the boots asap!!"
