"I called and asked about ordering some Wiha insulated tool sets and I told them I wanted to come pick it up at their office so I could take the sets with me on a trip out of the country. The good part of my interaction was that these guys have a lot of Wiha stuff on hand. They had most of the set, but had to order one portion of it to complete it. When I came the next week, they were able to get me that missing part of the set as well as the complete second set of what I ordered before I had to leave for my trip. I was mostly please with this because they had Wiha tools that no one else was able to get. So overall, I am happy, but I remove 1 star because they didn't have everything on hand and the ordering process was a little complicated, but that was I think because I needed this on short notice and was doing a pick up. So I give 4 stars because they do carry a lot of specialized tools that are really nice and they went above and beyond to help me and were quick, but I would like to have picked everything up on my first trip. I would order from them again, the people that helped me were nice and I like what they sell. "

I've ordered some of the Elenco Snap Circuit sets and the Thames & Kosmos experiments and their selection is great. Whenever I need something, they have it or can get it for me. I may have had to call them once or twice with questions about a product or order and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Great place to shop! "

I ordered a Bat Bag for my son on the 14th of the month...forced to pay the $14.84 two day shipping, and here it is the 20th of the month and no follow-up emails. Better yet, they don't answer their phone or have a voicemail system...it just rings and rings and goes to a dial tone. The only positive is I'm pretty sure they haven't charged my account yet, because it still says "processing" for my order status...lol, OH okay, take your time!"
"On 2/15/18, I ordered an AR-15 stock tube that they said they had in stock. On 2/20/18 i got an email stating my order had shipped via USPS priority mail (1-2 day shipping). On 2/25/18 I sent a friendly email asking the company to shed some light on the whereabouts of my package that I ordered as it was 3 days overdue. I got a response stating that the carrier was instructed to provide me with an email update on the whereabouts of my package. They also stated that if I never received my order within this time I would be eligible for a refund. On 3/6/18, days after it was supposed to take only 5 max, I sent another email asking where my order was and if I could redirect it to another address and if this was a common problem with the website. I was met with the response that it was against their policy and I was provided a link on how to redirect the order through USPS which cost me around $20. Nothing further was provided information wise. I then sent another email soon after re-asking where my order was since it had been a total of 14 days since my order had shipped via 1-2 DAY SHIPPING. No apologies, no offers for compensation, just the quote "I will ask shipping for an update". Two days later and no follow-up, so I send another email asking if they received an update. I then looked up reviews for this website and saw that many people found solutions getting their money back and re-ordering from another website because it was quicker than the hassle EIO.com gives them. I really wish I could give 0 stars. Do not trust the 5 star reviews, they are most likely the employees and owners commenting under different names to make their store look good. Every single negative review you see on here is positively true to the core. This is an awful store please do not order from here they are very unprofessional.
UPDATE* When I asked for a refund, twice, all of a sudden progress started to be made and now it seems that there is no way to get my money back because my order just happened to ship that day. So to any of the poor suckers that had the same situation as me, maybe after a couple of days after your order doesn't ship, start asking for your money back and then some progress might start being made."

Two days later, I didnt get jack ****. I called them and they said they would email me the next day. I still didn't get ****. I emailed their support and still never got any responses from them, so a week after ordering I called again and they told me the item was on backorder. So after a *** week of harassing them I finally got my answer and asked for a refund.
Their attitude on the phone was less than remotely caring. When I called within business hours they kept making excuses about being unable to provide any information because "everyone was out of the office" like that's my problem??
Don't even bother wasting your time, just order from a more reputable online retailer."
"I ordered 3 Sony Clock Radios with free shipping, order #109789. All 3 radios arrived in opened boxes, but one of them did not work. I thought since the boxes were opened they had tested the radios before shipping. I contacted EIO for an exchange or return. They opted for a refund return. When my account was credited they had charged my $3.20 for returning their defective radio.
I do not believe it was ethical that I should have been charged. "
