I trusted this company that they had the 3M masks available to sell me when I placed my three orders and all three orders went through fine. Oh yes - they were happy to take $150+ from my Visa card. Here's the problem - they DID NOT and DO NOT actually have masks! In there own words they haven't for weeks - but somehow EIO didn't think that needed to be disclosed to me when I gave them my credit card number - THREE TIMES (like a fool).
*NOTHING on their website or ordering process indicated the masks may have been back-ordered, unavailable, or out-of-stock.*
I placed a total of three orders for masks on February 26 and 27. I should have trusted my gut - but I wanted to believe they were legitimate because I wanted the masks for my family :(
Read this gem of a response I got today...
"I'm sorry to inform you that due to unusually high order volume, your order has not shipped and may not be for several weeks. 3M has been out of stock since early February due to high demand, although they are continuing to take orders and guaranteeing that we will receive orders we place with them in due time. As such we have masks on order but we do not have an exact shipping date from 3M right now, however we can guarantee we will ship as soon as soon as 3M delivers product to us. We have been getting small shipments and shipping those on a first come, first served basis, so we appreciate your patience as we fulfill these orders as quickly as we can.
We recommend keeping your order as you will lose your place in line if you cancel, and no other distributor has stock at the moment. If you do prefer to cancel, please note we ask that you do so via email, we will then cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy which was agreed to at checkout. You may review the cancellation policy https://www.eio.com/pages/policies-legal if you wish.

And here is their written cancellation policy, including a section for back-orders - apparently a common MO for EIO:
"VIII. CANCELLATIONS: Any order placed on the Site may be cancelled at any time prior to the order being shipped. Orders that have requested a cancellation after the funds have been captured are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% on a case-by-case basis to help cover non-recoverable expenses incurred from processing your order. Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Final Sale / Non-cancellable Non-returnable products cannot be cancelled for any reason without prior written consent (see FINAL SALE / NON-CANCELLABLE NON-RETURNABLE). Services, once rendered, cannot be cancelled for any reason.
IX. BACK ORDERS: Back orders will be kept on order unless otherwise specified by the Customer at the time of purchase. Back orders may be cancelled at any time in accordance with our cancellations policy (see CANCELLATIONS)."

I was within the allowable return period where they would cover the return shipping cost according to their return policy.
