This is a scam. I made a purchase for several items that implied in stock and 2 day shipping. When checking status of item it was never shipped. When I emailed them they said item was on back order and also said they would ship my items as they are getting some of those items in stock every day. FAKE. They are trying to use false advertisement to lure you to place order with items that never exist. Then steal money from people by charging them cancellation fee. They charged my over $100 for cancellation fee. Stay away from this company.

"Order merchandise from their website. CC was charged immediately. Website did not show order was not in stock. Order confirmation did not show the item was not in stock and backordered. At no time did EIO.com send a communication that order was delayed. Sent query about order, and told the items were not in stock and were backordered. they did not provide a date that the order would be fulfilled. I cancelled the order. They issued a refund, minus 10%. Their cancellation policy states they reserve the right to charge the cancellation processing fee. To me, charging the fee was fraudulent because they did not indicate their inability to fulfill the order upon order. Disputed the charge on the CC. Recommend others Stay away."

"I've got the order confirmation in my email with tracking app. When I tracked my item days later, it was marked as delivered. I NEVER received the item and money was taken out of my account. I called and left messages several times. I emailed a couple of times. NEVER received call backs or email replies. DON'T deal with them unless you are willing to give your money away to them. "They confirmed my two orders for masks, but never shipped to me. When I said if you can not ship it, you need to cancel my order. They do not cancel my order. They want me to cancel. And they can charge a 10% cancellation fee. The other order they deducted my cancelation fee even I canceled on the 7th day. The representative said if you cancel it within 7 days, there will be no cancellation fee. I did ask them to cancel it on the 7th day, and still, they charged a 10% cancellation fee. Speechless! "

"Don't order from them. They are running a SCAM. After days of wondering what was happening with my order, I found an announcement on the site (not easy to find) that said they are out of stock and it could be months before items (MASKS N100) will be in. I ordered on March 2nd, the announcement (hidden) was dated February 28th. Then read buried in their announcement that I needed to cancel within 6 days of order, or they take 10% cancel fee. I also paid for expedited shipping when they knew they could not perform. SCAMMERS."

After several days, I emailed them to see when my order was shipping and they told me that they could not tell me because the manufacturer was out of stock and didn't know when they would receive another shipment. He said I could cancel my order but I'd have to follow login to their website and I'd be subject to the terms of the agreement. I replied that I wasn't cancelling my order, I'd wait but that he wouldn't like my online reviews. I then received and email that my order was cancelled because "fraudulent activity was suspected". The only fraudulent activity is this company taking orders that they can't fulfill! How about putting a message on the items that they can't fulfill instead of accepting them when the need is potentially urgent!?"
