I received my new grill with in 3 days but the infrared burner was not installed as requested. Not wanting to burn down my house I hired a gas technician to install it for me only to find out it did not work correctly. "The BBQ cover I had ordered 5 months previously developed a spontaneous 3" rip near the top.
Originally I was told there was no warrantee with the product which I felt was unreasonable. I discussed the issue with one of their supervisors. Although originally I was told that "there is nothing they can do", they called me and e-mailed meson after, informing me that a no-cost replacement was being sent.... Kudos... Very smart customer care!!

"I had just gotten notice from "another" on-line retailer that half of my order was cancelled. This came after 3 weeks of updates saying it was shipping. When this part of my order was 2 days past its estimated arrival time and disappeared from my order I had to call and was told the manufacturer had discontinued the item. To the rescue came Nita (Shoppers Choice, BBQ guys). While I was on the line with Nita, she called the warehouse and verified they had plenty of my $700 item in stock.
