"I purchased Windows 7 and received the license key the same day via email. There were no issues with the key.

The certificate of authenticity was supposed to be shipped to my home address. It's now been a month since my order and I have not received it yet. Multiple emails to the company have not been responded to. I have also called multiple times and spoke with customer service. Each time, they said they will contact shipping and I will be notified by email when the COA ships.

Included in my license key email, SideMicro added that if I gave them a 5 start rating at this site, I would be sent a $25 visa gift card. Needless to say, I have yet to receive this either. For both of those reason, the rating has been changed."
