"I ordered 4 x 120mm fans from their website as they had the best price. Website indicated they were in stock. I got an order confirmation by email, but the tracking info had not been updated. After a week of receiving nothing, I emailed them, and did not get any response, I emailed them 2 more times to try to get a status update on my order and no response. The website had no contact Phone number. After some searching I discovered that they also sell on Amazon, and I used the contact info there to finally reach them. The gal that answered the phone said they have moved all their online ordering to Amazon, and don't really do anything with the website anymore. She took my info and said she would cancel my order. waiting on a cancellation confirmation email now. My credit card had not been charged yet ( 3 weeks later ) so everything is ok there. They really need to just shutdown the website if they are not going to reply to inquires from customers. Its not right to lead customers on saying products are in stock, then not shipping anything for 3 weeks. "

"Was needing a specific radiator for a build and found one on their website. The website didn't fill me with confidence due to its very dated appearance so I sent them an email querying on the stock of the item. Waited a week and didn't hear from them. Followed up with another email to both their contact emails listed on their website and didnt hear back from either. I proceeded to email their amazon store affiliate, to which I still didn't recieve a response. As time was a factor and it was the only place that sold the radiator, I took a gamble and purchased it, thinking if I didn't hear back from them, I'd make a refund request to PayPal. I received the standard automated response once I sent the payment through and hoped for the best.

To my surprise, three days later I recieved an email from Gary letting me know that the fittings that came with the radiator was out of stock and that he was replacing them with two other fittings free of charge. The radiator arrived a month later well packaged, and the fittings Gary mentioned were there. To this day I haven't recieved a response from any of the initial emails, however I'm happy with the purchase. They get three stars due to the fact that there was zero communication before the purchase, otherwise they would've definitely gotten five."

"I order some Tygon silver antimicrobial tubing on the 25th and just got it today, I will say that's pretty standard. People need to give this guy a break. It is a little unnerving he doesn't a phone # for first time buyers like me but hopefully he'll get he's business going eventually. I sent him an email and he replied the next day. "Bought several watercooling items from website an paid by PAYPAL. Got one email 1 week after order was place indicating all items were in stock and apologizing for late response. No indication of ship date. Then NOTHING!. I've sent 4-5 more emails and still Crickets. This guy must be pulling a FrozenCPU move. He's collecting money from his website but not communicating or shipping.

I's a shame. I have bought from him in the past and the level of gear and service was exceptional. Incidentally I ordered and received 3 different orders from Performance PC in the same time period.

"Guys, if you have problems ordering stuff here just email Gary, he is most respective owner I've came across when I ordered just 2 custom tapped pump from him on his website. I think most people need to chill out cause what I think his shop is like a one man doing everything, sure he can be slow but once you email him, he will response respectively to you, even if you're a stuck-up person who's thinking that his just taking your money or whatever you're thinking of him. Sure I will shop at his store again in the future. I highly recommend it."

I emailed the owner of Sidewinder Computer Systems before placing the order because I had a few questions. He replied promptly in a professional manner. I received the parts today, Feb 23, 2015.

"I've purchased from Sidewinder Computer multiple times in the past, but they have gone AWOL and isn't the same great company as they used to be. I've been waiting for over a weekfor my order, and it still has not been shipped. All of my orders are in stock, and there should be no reason for a delay of this long. They have not replied to a single one of my email, and no one ever picks up their phone. There has been far too many times this year where customers complains for the exact reasons. Some has reported that Sidewinder has ignored them for as long as a month! They are completely unreliable anymore, and you're better off buying your watercooling parts elsewhere to save the headache.
